Reputable operators take that into account in their T&C, i.e. withdrawal limits do not apply to jackpot wins. Stay with accredited casinos and you're safe. One thing to remember with jackpots is to make sure you play in a casino where you're winnings are paid tax free. Years ago a finnish player won the mega moolah jackpot, but he played in a casino licensed outside EU. He had to pay 49% tax on the win.
