Hi, I'm new here (sorry for my bad English, I'm using a translator to help). I can no longer make a complaint here because the time limit has expired. I'm asking for your advice, what would you do in my situation? Do I have a chance to fight the operator? I would like them to be held accountable, I would like mga to punish them. I was a young teenager and in 2019 I asked white hat Gaming casino to block me from everywhere because of a gaming problem. Still, I managed to open a new account at their sister casino, I played 13k of my own money in 8 hours and the next day they offered me a bonus and I played more, finally I luckily won my own money back and for 4 days that my account was open more than 16k (deposit/withdrawal difference -6000e) in their casino, after which I went to the chat to pray that they would block me, I feel bad and haven't slept at night, they block me. They never once approached me in 4 days to ask how I was doing? Where does my money come from? I recently requested my gdpr information about myself and found that they hadn't even set a self exclusion lock for me in 2019, they had set a freeze on the account. I questioned them why I managed to open an account at the sister casino, they said I bypassed the blocking system by registering with different information. There was a difference in the information of the account I admit, the account I requested to block was not linked to my second name (I did send them a photo of my passport with another name, they did not update it in the database and the account where I managed to play after the self-blocking request was linked to another name.

But you were over 18 at the time? An adult has to take responsibility for their actions. I feel for you, but ultimately it's your decision to open up another account. There's thousands of online casinos. You will almost daily find new casinos to open up accounts on.

You should gave them all the informations ( like the full name ). There are plenty of players which have the same name. In this moment they need to update the database with your full name, so you can't open second accounts on their websites.

when I registered at the casino where I first asked to be blocked, the casino only asked for "first name" during the registration phase, so I didn't even realize to enter another name. however after a week I sent them a photo of my passport with my middle name, they didn't update it. after this I asked to close account because of a game problem.

I understand, yes I was young and stupid woman. but if the casino had even sent a confirmation by email, you are protected, don't play at our casinos I would have understood more, I really didn't know that their are sister casinos. I didnt receive any support e-mail to guide me with my game problem from them.

It's not their job to hold your hand. I'm sorry if I sound a bit harsh, but it's the truth. It's no one elses job to protect you. It's your job to protect yourself. You're mad that they didn't fix all of your gambling problems in 4 days?

Seems like gambling is just not for you. I suggest that you install some kind of gambling block on all of your devices and that you completely stop gambling. Just find another hobby.

I'm not mad about it. yes I am angry that I asked for protection and help with my gambling problem and they didn't even put a self exclusion on my account. And this is why i manage to play.

Hard to wrap my head around someone self-excluding from a casino and then trying to sign-up again at a sister site with a different name knowing full well any wins could be voided.

Why wouldn't you sneak off and play somewhere else to try and avoid the aggro? Only reason I can think of is that they might be tempted by the fact they can blame somebody else if it all goes wrong, like a safety net in case they lose, after all, it only becomes a problem when you lose.

Sorry to sound harsh, but you need professional help I think, not compensation.

But they did put a block from what you said, you circumvented the system and signed up at a sister site with a different name.

I appreciate that online casinos could do more to help with self-exclusion, but you went out of your way to get a fix at their sister site.

I would talk to your closest about your issue, and find ways to block all gambling activities. recognise it as a loss, will be better for your recovery I think than giving you your money back, just cannot see how the latter helps anyone who is clearly addicted.

There's only one reason why someone would open an account with a sister casino with a different name. That is to get your gambling fix and if you happen to lose then possibly get your deposits back.
