I would have to say NOWHERE given the current situation. Maybe when things quieten down, you should bring up this question again.
We still don't know what the knock-on effects are going to be, and we have already had Rival and Level 11 pull out because of this seizure against the POKER operators.
Further, we don't even know whether players caught up in this will ever see their money again, and so cannot know whether players will lose their money the next time around, which is a matter of "when" rather than "if".

Some Rivals have pulled the ability to deposit even for former depositing players - I logged into Pantasia the other day to see if there were any bonuses floating around, and found the only way to "deposit" was comp points.
