WHERE CAN U.S. PLAYERS DEPOSIT & HOW?

Anywhere you want

I've already posted a similar statement before that I believe was misunderstood.

You can play from wherever you want. Access to online casinos is dependent on operators' opinions of where you're located. Opinions are subject to change. It then follows that you can play wherever you want provided you are adept at changing opinions through manipulating the facts that form their basis.

I will not say more than this as I do not want to write another post concerning exposure of loopholes about my own indiscrete public disclosures, however the points I make really don't concern loopholes at all. They are instead fundamental systemic weaknesses that exist in a mutually exclusive way with their respective countermeasures. That is, you cannot remove this type of flaw from the system without fundamentally changing it's operation.

And what casino operator is going to saw the cash cow's legs off because the FBI wants a crowd-drawer for their circus?

Doing so only increases the risk of not being paid if you do cash out. Especially from those that ask for ID before you withdraw.

Is there a list on the board showing what casinos will accept U.S. players and payment methods? I have found Ewallet Express but that is good at Slots Plus and I don't know if that is a good casino.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you.

A basic summary is below:

All US: BTD, Intertops, Odds On (minus Stanley), Parlay, Player Preferred, Most RTG, Rival, most World Gaming, some smaller SWs that I don't know well

Some US (including your listed state): Most Microgaming (exceptions listed below/above), a few other groups

No US: Boss Media, Chartwell, Cryptologic, Global Player, Grand Virtual, iGlobalMedia, Kismet, Mansion, Microgamings that follow -- 32 Red group, Betway, Globet, Ladbrokes, Golden Riviera/Vegas Partner group (No New), Wagershare/Palace group --, Net Ent, OGS, Playtech, Random Logic, Wagerworks

There is a more detailed list on my site.

Possible payment methods for US include Click2Pay (only existing members), EcoCard, eWalletExpress, Check, ACH/Wire, WesternUnion/Moneygram, Credit/Debit/Gift Card, offshore Bank Accounts, and casino-based eWallets. Availability varies with casino group.

No longer available payment methods include Neteller, Firepay, PaySpark/EZI Pay, Citadel/eCheck, Moneybookers, and ePassporte (changed last week?)

nice website

Aka, that's a great site. Can you actually make anything off a site like that? I didn't notice any actual advertisements on your site which is fairly unusual for that type of thing. Did you do all the coding yourself? Lots of great content. Visually it looks great and has a really nice layout too. Do you recommend getting into casino portal webmastering? Thanks.

Thanks for the compliments. I do well with the site.

I find banner ads unpleasant and don't believe in them. An outside group assisted with the home page and top header. I did everything else.

Do you recommend getting into casino portal webmastering? Thanks.
If it's something you enjoy, then I do recommend it. Having said that, a significant income is by no means guaranteed. A large portion of gambling webmasters put a good amount of work and time into their site, with little financial reward. This is especially true with the current gambling climate. If you do choose to open a site, I recommend doing something original, rather than repeating what is available on countless other sites. :)

i dont know what they did but trident emailed me today and told me that they had "refreshed" my debit card and after two months my debit card now works. I will be leaving for tunica saturday, so after two months of being on the wagon its like christmas has come early. i can now finally quit playing call of duty II every damn night.

Hi

Slots Plus does WU and Eco and Club World does Eco . The only thing with Slots Plus is that it has been 8 days since my W/D and they said they are backlogged with payouts. I got the email saying everything was ok but to be more patient :(

Slots plus

They said they could pay me because Im in a legalized online gaming state, infact some of the casinos even state that if your not in the 13 banned, you can play and get paid. I think I saw it on Top gming bonus'.com, not sure

Im still waiting for my money. Im not depositing anymore until I see my money. Club world paid me yesterday real fast.

RIVER BELLE major hassels and no money

Surely the more pertinent question is which casinos can US players cash-out from without major hassels...?
- YOU SAID IT PERFECTLY.............. Play wherever you want but know eCogra is not regulating the casinos they endorse because they are NOT making the casinos change ACH to reflect real payout times for US citizens. River Belle owes me $8,000.00 cashed out on 2/11/07 and can't or won't give me pay date all awhile eCogra won't make them change the ACH payment terms to US citizens. When I cashed out the ACH stated were 3-5 days. What a joke! So play have fun just know if you want the money plan to wait and wait and wait. Better off to go fine a local land casino at least you know if you hit you will get paid!

Boy things change fast with online gambling.

Last week, Jackpot Factory said they don't take Netspend or the prepaid cards, now last night they said they will take prepaid cards.

I really want to play but that Ewallet Express only gives you $300 every 30 days and I've spent that. I have to wait on the Netspend card. Click 2 Pay says my I.P. is not in the U.S. for some reason.

Are there any freebies out there so I can get my fix until I get my card?

Thanks.

Nina

Google 'no deposit bonus' but beware of the t&c, it's hard to do on a twelve dollar lark, but will be worth it in the long run.

MG has tons of free spin deals.

I actually deposited via regular bank debit at an RTG tonight, denied then accepted. Ready to cashout 240 on a $20 deposit, we'll see how that goes :D I met the wagering requirements, the screen said, 'it appears you have not played here before' etc. I'm playing it safe. Didn't try to cash out, only played slots, emailed support to confirm I had met WR.

Contrary to some of my posts, not ALL RTG joints are bad, just too many. I'm taking a gamble on these guys even though some players have had problems in the past.

Notes to self:
Don't gamble more than you can afford to lose.
Once bit twice shy
No good money after bad
When your playing with their money, live like you were dying.

C2P isn't accepting new customers from the USA. The current USA customers they have are having a fun time trying to get their money...They're imposing a $1500 Minimum withdraw for USA customers....actually $1501. There's a member here that posted that their withdraw was denied because it was exactly $1500.

I have an old hard drive somewhere with my C2P account confirmation on it. I don't think I ever deposited through them. Anyone know if it has expired or whatnot? I had an account, just never used it. Experiences or clues?
TIA

I got my Netspend card today. Tried it at Inetbet, Firstweb, Interops, SlotsPlus. Didn't work.

I only have $40.05 in it. Can't get the paypal thing to work, they removed the Metabank from my profile - said I need to send them bank statements.

Where can I deposit $40 with Netspend?

Thanks for your help.

Netspend works at some casinos

I used my Netspend card at Royal Vegas this week. And, it will work at Hot Pepper Casino. I've got a hunch it may work at the English Harbor group of casinos although I haven't tried mine at any of them yet.

Worst case scenario, you can use your Netspend card to make other purchases. It a Visa debit card accepted on, or off, line.

What I don't like about Netspend is their $9.95 monthly fee. It feels like I'm wasting alot of money just for the "luxury" of owning their pre-paid debit card.

Good Luck! And, PS: I hope you used "All-Access" as the bank name when you registered your card online. Using "Meta Bank" (which is listed on the back of the card) won't work.

There was a different way to activate your card where it cost you $1 or $2 each time you used it instead of the monthly fee.

As far as using All-Access as the hank name - that didn't work either. I got this message:

This bank account is disabled for entry into the PayPal website. Please add a different bank account instead.

If you would still like to use this bank account, you may fax us a copy of the bank statement with the two amounts PayPal deposited in your bank account shown and a copy of your driver's license or other photo I.D. You must use this form for your fax cover sheet and send the fax to xxxxx

A new one is out now at triopass.com Slots plus takes it. I don't know who else does. You buy a phone card and use it at the casino.

Hi everyone Im having a really bad time getting my winnings. Ive been playing online for almost 4 years now and have never cashed out any great amount and the casino i play in has made a mint from me. I won on the 22nd of Feb. 2007 and i have emailed the casino called them etc. and they tell me because of the new law in the U.S. its going to take at least 21 days before I get my funds. What i dont understand is it takes 15 seconds for them to take you deposit but 21 days for them to pay you, it just doesnt make any sense to me.

are you deducting the $1 fee when you attempt your deposit? for regular netspend customers, there is a $1 fee so you max deposit would be $39.05.

and check the back of your card for the bank name to use

duh...... that worked !! $39.00 Now I have a big 5 cents in there. Thanks for the tip.

Has anyone been having trouble with depositing to Ecocard? I have sent them two western union deposits - online - and the first one didn't work because it went to them in pesos. So I got that money back and sent another one in USD. Their site says they process within hours or the next business day, but I'm not impressed at all with their turn around time. I still have zero dollars in Ecocard and still waiting.

Any suggestions out there??

thanks.

It's quite possible that Ecocard is following suit with other casinos/poker rooms that accept WU - that is, not allowing WU transfers into your account that's made via the Internet using your debit/credit card.

I would almost bet it'd work if you went into your local WU retailer with cash. Or, you could go in and use moneygram. It's cheaper :)

I do remember TB posting before that if you use moneygram to fund your ecocard, you need to transfer $200+, or ecocard will slap on a $7 charge.

winbig, you are exactly right, they need to physically go to a western union merchant! sending money online raises alot of flags! my money was deposited in my account in a matter of hours!

My head is spinning after reading this thread. It is way too hard to play now!

I don't want to give my info out to anyone right now. After Neteller giving my info to DOJ the trust factor is gone. I don't wish to get on a watch list when they seize Ecocard or Netspend and my name pops up on those too!

i to am having a real hard time dep into eco. i tried 2 times and have failed . both times i went in person, the second time i did everything step by step and printed out the reciever details for the clerk, i paid a extra 9 dollars and got the confirmation number. i came home and confirmed my dep and i got a email from eco saying the reciever detalils were incorrect and i needed to go to the store branch and have it corrected. i dont know what to correct; i emailed eco and told them to give me the details as i followed everything by the book .

reda, what did you pay an extra 9 dollars for? this is a simple person to person transfer! reda why dont you pm me and will help you with this deposit as I have an eco card an can look up the receiver details. one thing though, you have to use a diifernet receiver every time, just wondering if you were using an outdated receiver!!!

Ecocard is working now. I sent the money in Pesos instead of US Dollars. The reason I use WU online is because I am an affiliate for them and I get paid a commission on anyone who uses my link to send money online. At least I get a few pennies back on the money I blow at the casinos :)

What is this about Neteller giving info to the DOJ??? Kindly direct me to the thread or give me details. Was everyone's name given to the DOJ ??

We have a Prepaid Net spend visa and boy what a hard time we are finding for someone to accept it...I was told that when it gets to the processor it is getting declined...

Used it at Poker Stars a few weeks ago it worked...Tried to use it last night and it was declined...

This is just not right that the US players are having all these problems...Not fair at all..

It is our money and we should be able to spend it the way we want...

Where did our freedom go

thanks eddun for the help you offered. i think at this time i wont even bother until i actually win something to have a withdrawl . i am having a problem now for some reason with netspend. i dep into casinos very easily and it is deducted from my netspend card but after a week or so i have funds back on my netspend card that i should not have. i emailed support at netspend and they told me that a merchant has 7 days for the transaction to post. if after 7 days if the transaction has not gone thru then the funds are returned to my netspend card. in a later time the casino or (merchant can still claim the funds but it is rare. now i have extra money. i also noticed that one of the casino transactions i made was thru bridal assesseroies. cant figure that out. i think its almost like they are trying to hide that the transactions im making is going to a online casino.

At this point in time, I think an even more important question is: Once a USA player is able to deposit, should that player win, how and when will s/he be paid?

From this thread: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/vegas-country-casino.17060/

Casinomeister says:

US players are experiencing delays in payments. Your situation seems to be typical. I would suggest that all US players just stop playing until payment issues are settled and that there is a guarantee that there will be no problems to receive payments.

golden reef and bodog

concerning this whole thread, I am in florida and not have not had a problem depositing or receiing my winnings!!! but, I only play at golden reef, and bodog!
I use my ecocard to deposit and withdraw from golden reef and use netspend or nucharge(which is great) at bodog. my withdrawls from bodog are approved with hours, and the check is at my house 3-4 busines days later!!! si I guess I am one of the lucky few to have been able to play and receive my winiings! kudos to both casinos!!!!!

The Founding Fathers would have not allowed online gambling or international trading. So imho online gambling wasnt a right in the first place, but a priviledge!

REGARDING THE FOUNDING FATHERS

l. Many of the Founding Fathers were avid gamblers. This is a historical fact.

2.Noninterventionism is not isolationism. Nonintervention simply means America does not interfere militarily, financially, or covertly in the internal affairs of other nations. It does not mean that we isolate ourselves; on the contrary, our founders advocated open trade, travel, communication, and diplomacy with other nations.

Thomas Jefferson summed up the noninterventionist foreign policy position perfectly in his 1801 inaugural address: "Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations - entangling alliances with none."

3. Foreign Trade has existed since the the U.S. was founded.

4. The Founding Fathers feared Government Tyranny. That is one reason they gave the States so much power. The Revolutionary War was fought to be free of Government tyranny.
5. Federal control of every aspect of our lives is what they wanted to avoid. I believe they would roll over in their graves if they could see how the Federal Government has overstepped its bounds.

Or how the American people has allowed the Federal Government to overstep its bounds?.

Not too many updates , a lot of good casinos and poker rooms still allow us players , and have ways to pay them ,

There are even poker rooms who left the USA starting to come back to allowin US players .

For casinos there are some updated payment methods and eays to deposit but not much has changed in the past 6 months .
