I know this is a strange question, but I was wondering when you call a casino customer support where are they?

I mean is it a big office building and they have cubicles?

Does all the casino business go through the same building?

How many customer support people do you think casinos have?

I called Getminted customer support today. Was shocked and very pleased when a young intelligent girl answered the phone who sounded very much british and who actually spoke ENGLISH english. Jackpotjoy has similar customer support. Its really nice to have a customer support who fully understands the questions you actually ask them

I always ask

When I call them, I just ask them. I always try to make nice talk to make it more personal. I got Canada & England so far when I called a couple of them in the past.

I phoned support for a Playtech casino (a looong time ago), it was 5:30 a.m. here in the US, and I swear I woke the support guy up and that he was in BED. I could hear the damn springs squeak as he pushed the covers back, clicked on a lamp, got up, mumbled "hold minute please", set the phone down 'clunk', went for a pee (bathroom door squeaked, too and he didn't close it all the way), shuffled back, sat back down on the bed 'skreeEEK', opened up his laptop and helped me out with a bonus as best he could since neither one of us seemed to be able to understand the other.

I laughed about that for 2 days. But I never played there again.

LOL! That was an amazing and truly funny story! makes you wonder how big an organization you need to be to "host" a casino.

Our customer services is in another building over the road, our casino team work with our marketing team. We basically have the whole floor of one building just for CS :D i think you'll find if you play at the UK sportsbook based companies like Totesport, Bet365, Will Hills, etc you'll find that their CS will be at HQ in England

That is a brilliant story! Consider yourself lucky he didn't take the phone into the toilet with him!

A little insider info...here at Purple lounge we work in a big open plan place (no boxing in). We are all sat in team groups (Marketing, Player Management, Affiliate Management, PR, CS, and finance), but all teams, are just situated alongside one another so we can all see each other, shout across to each other and chuck stuff at each other. This is the main base, but we then have a few people who we employ, who are dotted about Europe who do various things for us.

I hope that helps paint a picture of life behind the casino...?

LOL. I am sending you $5 on stars if you could reveal the casino in question n this thread. :)

LMAO Mousy

Did you ask him if he remembered to put the toilet seat back down LOL.
What a great story. Im just picturing it and it makes me laugh. I think the topper would be a woman's voice in the background saying in a bitchy voice "who's that woman on the phone?" "i thought we were exclusive"

"snicker"

Casino customer service

Hi folks, customer serice genearally depends on the co. involved and the software provider.

Earlier post regarding cryoto casinos is correct - CS is based in Cyprus I think with a huge turnover of staff, nice to speak too, however no real knowledge of the customer or casino.!

MG casinos genereally have in-house CS teams on 24/7 time and are particularly good.

Chartwell ( who incidentially have just 1 support member for all their casinos - which includes any tech issues etc) have again genereally in house CS teams 24/7.

I don't want to promote any casino here, but the live supports ones are probably the best you can find, either that or the 'big brands'.

I actually like the smaller casinos, where customers are all treated well and not a number / good / bad player etc

Regards,

Dazzla

Zelda, as Columbo would say, "Just one more question!". Where does the team group sit that PUSHES THOSE WIN/LOSE BUTTONS I KEEP READING ABOUT ON THIS FORUM?:D OR WOULD THAT BE THE FINANCE DEPT?;)..............you are a good sport and thanks for putting up with me et al,

Since I'm in travel and have talked to every airline in the world it seems at one point or another (the old days wee sooo easy when they were in Chicago, Cincinnati, St. Louis, etc.) and now they are all over the place with their "customer service", i.e., India (that one slays me because they have trouble figuring out where Chicago is and they work for United) I ask whenever I talk to customer support for casinos. The Jackpot Factory Group has CS in Israel...but their accounting is in South Africa (no wonder it took them so long to communicate with each other last Spring), Casino Rewards is Australia (I had a bitch of a time trying to figure out when to call them because they kept telling me tomorow and then it would be the wrong tomorrow :D) and since I play VERY infrequently these days and lose it really doesn't matter!!!:lolup::lolup:

I've been trying to think of the casino (not for the $5), but can't come up with the name. It was maybe 5 years ago, and it was a small joint, got a bad reputation for shoddy CS (wonder why?)... I want to say New York ... but that wasn't it (as I had 'fun' wrangling my money out of New York and it's sister casino, and played those a few times) it was along about that same time. The name just won't come to me. If it does, I will surely share it.

And thanks to the reps sharing their working environs with us. Like JustPlay, I have often wondered who/where I was talking to when I called casino CS.

Well I was lucky enough to catch this once, on an office webcam based in one of the casino support centres.
