Hi everyone. I am having an issue with an online casino. I have been trying for weeks to withdraw a small amount of my winnings with no success. After many attempts to get verified. And now getting the same response multiple times, as well as requesting their disputes department to be told there isn't one that the public can communicate with. I wonder when is the right time to file a complaint?

The site is mr. Bet. I have resubmitted multiple times ...including making the files avaliable in pdf. I have around 30 000 in my account it's been about four days since last response.
This is their networks MO. They don't actually do anything till you make a complaint. One via AskGamblers tends to resolve the fastest due to their affiliation.

They will make up reasons or excuses over and over. It's a tactic to get the player to play back their winnings or in some cases give up. The second you complain, they sort out the probably (in 99% of cases).

Once you get over the initial verification hump (I always just looked at the complaint as part of this particular sites KYC process 😂) they pay out well and on time.

With that said, I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone avoid this casino now as they added a term last year that caps bonuses to 200% increase of their initial value (3x) making playing with a bonus a bad idea.

With bonuses out the window it just isn't worth the kyc hassle to play there when they are so many other alternatives.

You will also want to avoid SpinCity, XonBet and BruceBet as these are sister brands.

Did you take any deposit bonus or was it all raw funds?
Btw if it's been more than a week then you should definitely file a complaint.
It has been over a month. I had bonus money that I completed the wagering requirements. Once I began to pressure them for verification they added 60 000 wagering requirement. I played that through..... and now yesterday they added 55000 wagering requirement. I have not accepted any bonuses to create this wagering requirement.
They are saying that I had left an unfinished round... and the fact that the game closed the connection does not matter. I am really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
But come on...... this is insane.

I just wanted to update my situation.... I tried to get verified for 7 or 8 weeks with mr. Bet.
And resubmitted every second day.
And now finally, this morning, I have been verified. I didn't make a formal complaint....I just kept supplying the requested documents. Finally my docs were approved.
Other than the lack of real communication, I have nothing bad to say about mr. Bet casino.
