It looking more like another set of whole new issues. US players have two ways to withdraw funds from River Belle. Only current Click2Pay customers can use Click2Pay (seems Click2pay is bottle-necking) and still not verified whether EcoCard will fund to US banks. EcoCard is not returning my emails. I am concern that both these entities will NOT be able to handle the volume and and certainly not in a timely manner should they allow US to use them. Does not look good! River Belle needs to be forced to give us other options to withdraw our money and the regulatory agents must help us do this or we are screwed into using real money to play for fun!!!

Ok i just got to the bottom of this. USA customers can only call click2pay via their international phone number. They are doing this so the US government stays off their ass and doesnt allow USA customers to have an 888 or 800 number. I just talked to them and they will indeed do withdrawls of 1500 dollars and above

I noticed that you can use the casinos canadian toll free number to call them. Does anyone from canada have click2pays canadian tollfree number.

I absolutely despise CLICK2PAY. I suppose it is no coincidence that with funds being returned to players accounts by Bellerock and the like, and click2pay and eco only withdrawal option, C2P shuts down their phone lines!!!!

Since they don't have to answer the phone, maybe they could start answering some emails?

This is rediculous. Not to easy to make a withdrawal. Your totally at the mercy of email, with a company that virtually nevers answers any.

HAS ANYONE SPOKE WITH CLICK2PAY RECENTLY? Are they still processing wiretransfers to u.s. accounts?

If anyone has any new information regarding Click2pay please post it. Jackpot Factory support said they were told by a player that Click2pay no longer allows wiretransfers to u.s. accounts. I don't believe this, can anyone verify

The last time I talked to them (a couple of weeks ago) they did indeed say they were no longer transferring funds to U.S. bank accounts. I had $800 in there I wanted to move out but there was NO withdrawal button..thus my first hint then I called and they said I would just have to move the money to another merchant Good luck!

footdr, why dont you deposit your funds to bodog, play thru some of your money, close your click2pay account and inform bodog that you dont have a click2pay account anymore and request a cashout via western union or courier check?

Why in the world would you redeposit to bellerock??? Bodog sounds a whole lot better. Then you can goto western union and pick it up in cash or check. Bodog pays the fees, JC!!!

footdr, deposit to bodog!!!!, bodog clearly states that if you have closed youre-wallet to call them and they will payout thru another method!!!! To reestablish a relationship with bellerock is crazy right now. BY the way, I have been using eco to deposit and withdraw with ecocard for the last 2 months now without a problem.
