@Twin, are you the victim of a DDos attack? Managed to make a deposit last night, don't think I managed any play. Today I get cloudflare telling me host is down.

Got an estimate of when you will be back online?

Been down from weekend.. few hours open there and there.. races messed up and game play counters not working. Doesn’t look good when taking days to fix up and even promised answers (for escalated cases done by their own reps) in specific time line from back office get negletted.

Yup. Thought about it whats going on couple of days ago, and it is still down pretty much 95% of the time.

Hope it will be fixed sooner than later... Can only think how much it makes damage to company cash-flow while the whole site is down for days..

Thanks for the replies guys. I hope @Twin or @Twin.com replies. I think we as customers deserve answers.

I can understand and sympathize even when there are issues, especially those outside of the casino's control.

But if you are not transparent, that is within your control.
