Whats the diffrent between SOW (declariton ) and SOW

Ok got the SOW declarition few weeks back so i have them a bunch f documents @Team.Videoslots got approved pretty quickly but now my payouts have been closed because i need to SOW?
What possible documents can i give them that i havent already ?
Also thought SOW was a UK think ?
