Whats the diffrent between SOW (declariton ) and SOW

Ok got the SOW declarition few weeks back so i have them a bunch f documents @Team.Videoslots got approved pretty quickly but now my payouts have been closed because i need to SOW?
What possible documents can i give them that i havent already ?
Also thought SOW was a UK think ?

  1. AML regulations apply in all jurisdictions, not just in the UK. Due to varying levels of enforcement and licence obligations, players will experience more stringent levels of questioning/verification from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
  2. Regarding the difference between declaration and SOW, the declaration is where a player declares info about their income profile etc. however, at certain intervals (usually on a risk-based approach), the operator also needs to verify that information is true.
  3. An operator should be very clear in their communication about what exactly they need from a player. Usually, particular transactions or periods of transactions cause the request. For this reason, you should ask them exactly what they need rather than supplying them with too much information. The operator needs to follow the trail until they are happy that the proceeds used to fund the play are legit.
