Don't understand how their games can play like super high-variance slots, yet give dismal payouts. I've played their games a lot, and I can count on one hand the times I've had wins upwards of 200X

Same! I've wagered a lot, say on Spinions. One is lucky to even get double the bet back every 10 spins or so let alone anything else. Just horrible. And that's not the only game that has gone bad.
I remember a few years back when they were fun to play.

Yes I used to like their games, with big bad wolf being my fav but now it seems a shadow of it’s former self. The latest ones are awful. Is it joker strike? That game is just obviously rigged. The only reason I play it is because when you level up at Thrills you get free spins on that game. Literally had hundreds and never had 1 decent win. The concept and potential of their games looks fine but they never deliver the goods.
