I won a £5 from inside a Mcdonalds straw once, But come to think of it that idea is a bit flawed, If I was the manager or cleaner I would of been pressing all the straws to see which was had any think in, But we talking 20 years ago now at least

Love this thread! So far nothing for me online. My hubby won a country thunder concert package from our land based casino about 18 years ago. Came home pregnant from our trip to Phoenix and ended up with our daughter out of that deal so it was a pretty good prize. lol Still waiting to win something online.

On a family vacation in France (i was about 14 y) i bought raffle tickets for the resort lottery... 1st prize a new mountain bike. Allready obsessed with gambling, i bought a few tickets with my allowance money. Soon to realize the drawing would be on the day after we would leave. The organisation was willing to inform me if id win something...
A couple days after arriving back home in holland, my parents received a phone call.
Yes i won the mountain bike!!! Only thing was... 1000+ km times 2 for picking it up...
They transferred FL100 (+- €45) to my fathers bank account instead...
My parents probably couldnt find a new mountain bike for €45,- but after making up for a mere €250 difference, i did get a new bike!!!
Unfortunately i am who i am and do what i do... i enjoyed the bike for a whole 2 months before it got stolen. That actually is the 3rd shortest time a bike was in my legal possesion.

Also for all my time spent in the casino, I won money, but never won any prize..It`s offense because I wanted to have some trophy for my efforts and support of casinos by all my regular deposits. I won Bigwinpictures Winner of the week for July in 2012 and won a T-shirt(pic taken today) and a mousemat with the big win pictures logo. T-shirt still pristine as the day I received it but mousemat inevitably is looking a little scruffy. I also won a Lucky Dino T-Shirt in their FB promos while they were still UK players. All prizes money cannot buy

I thought it was wins from casinos other than slot wins? If this is the case well I won an IPOD shuffle in a Play your cards right inspired competition in a nightclub once! Gave my gf at the time it though because I had my own mp3 player already.

I also got a huge Pokemon drawing I did shown on tv and the guy said "This excellent drawing of different Pokemon drawn by David from..." etc I was about 13 at time time so was jumping on the couch!!

When I was 10 I drew a picture to represent a Deaf child basically illustrating how they feel isolated at times from society,they liked the picture and I won a Sony walkman cassette player in a competition my school held for Deaf awareness week. As far as I know it was up in the Buchanan Galleries for a while!

On my 18th birthday in the morning... I was walking with a friend and I found 2 dollars on the ground. I looked my friend in disgust and I said... Oohhh why does it smell shit so bad outside? I told him ... Lets go buy a scratch ticket with the 2 dollars I just found. I did... And I won 100$. Only time ever that I won something with a scratch ticket... I got drunk really bad and went to the strippers. Not a casino win... But it was a life jackpot for me at the time. True story.
