This last month, all stores here stopped selling them and carry something else now. You can not use these to gamble.

Cirlcle k and Albertsons used to sell them here, and now they sell this other companies card, grrr. Now I can not play any more.

Allaccess

I bought for $9.95 mind you a new allaccess visa as old one about to expire and a month later was told by my Albertson's that no one knew how to load it yet. :what: I told them sweetly they ought to find out how real soon or maybe should have mentioned that when I bought it there! I followed up a couple times but got dull stares and just gave up. And why are most of the reload centers located in the areas where there is less income and more social services? If you need more info about where to go, pm me. I almost hate to say for it too shall cease to exist.
And for all who thought the old conservative admin was the problem, look again. It is the liberal mind that believes we need our government to guide us in every little detail of our lives.
I have to go now. There is a Veteran's Memorial Cross in the Mohave thats offending some people.

I just used an allaccess gift card to deposit at pokerstars last night and it went through just fine...your best bet is to get a reloadable and use WU to load it....there will be more places that use WU prepaid card services than those that actually sell the allaccess cards..

You can order a card from their website (www.netspend.com) and pay the $9.95 fee when you load it for the first time.

In Texas, you can order a card at an AceCashExpress store and load it there also. They will give you a temp card to use but will send the new one in the mail. It will have a different number.

Any store that does Western Union can load your card. You have to fill out the prepaid services form at some, some you don't, they just swipe your card. Cost $4.95 just like everywhere else.

I've never used the gift cards and have had mine permanent card for several years. Minor glitches every now and then but not much and works at most all of the casinos.

Or you can order a Wired Plastic card online and put money on it the same way as Netspend.

I just find Wired Plastic the much easier (and cheaper) alternative... It can be loaded thru Visa ReadyLink (available at ANY 7-11) and it's 3.95. WU is also 3.95. The Monthly Fee is 3.95 (see a pattern? :D)

There are no per-transaction fees with them (although if you use it for "International Transactions" it has a 45c fee) and I find it much easier to use than NetSpend. The website is simply laid out, and you can use them for a Bank Wire if you don't have a bank account (useful for QT W/D's)...

I have both a NS and WP, but I don't think I've used my NS in almost a year. I pretty much use WP exclusively.

Don't mean to have this sound like an ad, but it's the truth - WP is better than NS IMO.

This sounds interesting and cheaper than the route that I'm going. I'm charged a fee both ways for using my MC debit card. Correct me if I'm wrong..I can buy a card for 9.95 and load it for 3.95 for any amount at western union.. then register the card at quicktender? Then if I have a withdrawal it can be sent to my bank?

Really?

Wow this would be better. It would be great to get some clarification on this. Thanks

Here's the skinny on each card as I have learned by several years of use.

Netspend can be used to fund Quicktender account but you cannot withdraw to it as Netspend does not take wires. Don't even try. They will take ACH deposits but make sure that your name is exactly the same on the ACH or they will send it back.

Wired Plastic can be used to fund Quicktender and you can withdraw to it as they do take wires. Mine charges about $10 for an international wire.

The problem I have run into is that sometimes my Wired Plastic card won't work at a casino. Don't know why. But my Netspend card always works.

So that's why I use 2 cards.

You can go to netspend.com sign up for free and get the All Access reloadable Visa card snail mailed to you. Load and reload at any western union. Here in Pa all K-marts stores have western union. They also have Find Reload Centers on their web site, just type in your city & state it will tell you were the nearest reload center is to you. I have never had a problem depositing with my card. :)

I heard tonight that there was a fire at Coinstar that has something to do with the Allaccess. I am not sure and that's just what I heard when I tried to buy a card tonight and the lines were down . I am going to look it up now .

Let me see if I can answer some of your questions.

I have transferred money from Paypal to Netspend. Takes a couple of days but you have to link your Netspend account to your Paypal account.

Casinos can't pay back to Netspend with wire transfers but can with ACH. Just make sure that the name on your Netspend card is exactly like what is on the ACH or Netspend will send it back to them. Happened to my guy and his horse betting account.

Netspend doesn't take wires but Wired Plastic cards do so that's what you have to use for QuickTender withdrawals.
