What do you look for when deciding where to play?

So when you start with a different casino, what do you look for? Do you go by games available, bonuses and free money, customer support, vip programmes, or by recommendation?
Would love some thoughts on this.

I want an accredited casino first off. Then of course withdrawls and deposit methods are next. I like to deposit using Instadebit so if they have that it is important.

Next would be bonuses
Playthrough on bonuses count for a lot as there is no sense giving a bonus if it is next to impossible to make play through. Good chat support. Free money and VIP programs have no importance to me.

I am staring to like casinos that offer games from different companies and this seems to be they way new casinos are going.

First is what welcome bonus they offer; it doesn't have to be huge, but not tiny either (100% or more and up to $100 - $250 is fine).
The most important thing though is the WR, which must not be higher than D+B x20, and the bonus must not be Phantom.

Second would be the game selection - if it was a software I wasn't familiar with I would check out what games they had and try some in free-mode before committing to a deposit.

Limited daily/weekly payouts at silly levels.
Stupid bonus WR's.
Sticky bonuses.
Licensed in Chad or Mali.
Predatory terms.
Spam from their affilaites.


If those are absent, good chance I'll play there.

I wouldn't take anything with a max cash out. I am paranoid that I will hit something and not be able to reap the full benefit.

I look for FAST Payouts as a first (within a few hours - like under 5 or less) - Everything else is secondary IMPO. Its great to have a Rep on CM and also a bit of support when needed.

It depends on 30 x what?
I really HATE when casinos say "the wagering is x30" without stating whether they mean 30 x Deposit, 30 x Bonus or 30 x Deposit+Bonus.
(The first 2 are OK (very few casinos are less than x30 these days ) - the last is crazy IMHO)

Max cash-outs are OK with me as long as it is CLEARLY stated in the T&Cs.
If it's something I'm not happy to accept (just like anything else in the T&Cs) - I don't take the bonus. I sincerely hope all other players do the same.

I don't mind cashout times as long as get it back on card (method I use) in least 4 days max. Played at few places where get in next day by card which is great. I played glossy bingo site as had playboy etc... One withdrawel a week, reversed my last one as had two in a week hum need get real here I think!!!!

Hate high wr on bonus, x30 is good for me. Hate spam. Hate no chat when they say there is live chat. Can't stand signing up n no bonus is there. Having to wait for it. Bad when cash out then three days later they ask for your docs. Why dont they just send u an email when you sign up saying what to send. Another annoying thing is when they want all four corners of a doc, this that and anther. Oh and I hate it when casinos tuck the wr away somewhere, ie follow another link to look at it.

It's simple to be transparent and get good customer simply stake the most relevant factors in list form. Don't give us all this pr crap promising this that and the other. Simply state wr, docs required, cashout time, things a player needs to know, not what the casino wants you to know...... In short... Cut the crap....
