I can't grasp and i'm disappoint that it give again cash-out problems at the Rivals.
In the past they have had processor problems, that's one thing and after sorted out one can think already is okay.
A few withdrawals going again normal and two or three was paying very fast after flushing.
Now i must experience again that all my withdrawals are in processing to Neteller.
It goes especially with Superior:
playing since January and made 46 deposits (total $2900) until now, never asking after documents, they have some at their other Casinos.
10 withdrawals (total $4090) the last three are still in processing, one since 15th, 20th and 22th.
Accounting emailed me that it should finalized within 48hours, but nothing.
I have surely many Patience and it's not a problem to wait 1 or 2 days longer
but about this way i'm not amused.
After i answered and asked that it can't be and when they think to complete it, they emailed me and requested the security docs (i made it immediately).
I really wonder why they request it after 6 months ?
Because it's and was never a problem for me to send the docs in but i ask myself why the do it at this time.
They want out hesitation it ?
The same still processing at TIV and DVG (20th and 21th) and i let all my withdrawals flushing.
I like playing at this group but i hate that what and how they goes around with their Customers.
Never had these problems at Sloto's, it's the great Exception.
