    Sorry, but unfortunately i must post again the same issue what we have heard and read so often.

    I play at all Rival Casinos and at the most of them i'm a VIP, it's my favorite group.

    I can't grasp and i'm disappoint that it give again cash-out problems at the Rivals.

    In the past they have had processor problems, that's one thing and after sorted out one can think already is okay.

    A few withdrawals going again normal and two or three was paying very fast after flushing.

    Now i must experience again that all my withdrawals are in processing to Neteller.

    It goes especially with Superior:

    playing since January and made 46 deposits (total $2900) until now, never asking after documents, they have some at their other Casinos.

    10 withdrawals (total $4090) the last three are still in processing, one since 15th, 20th and 22th.

    Accounting emailed me that it should finalized within 48hours, but nothing.

    I have surely many Patience and it's not a problem to wait 1 or 2 days longer
    but about this way i'm not amused.

    After i answered and asked that it can't be and when they think to complete it, they emailed me and requested the security docs (i made it immediately). :rolleyes:

    I really wonder why they request it after 6 months ?

    Because it's and was never a problem for me to send the docs in but i ask myself why the do it at this time.

    They want out hesitation it ?

    The same still processing at TIV and DVG (20th and 21th) and i let all my withdrawals flushing.

    I like playing at this group but i hate that what and how they goes around with their Customers.

    Never had these problems at Sloto's, it's the great Exception.

    Sorry Rivals (without Sloto), that sounds not well and i'm very disappointed. :(

    I played at TIV and this month 7 withdrawals got processed(3900$). Take 10 - 15 days total.

    I like rival games, And I will keep playing there. But Rival do owe us a clear explain how they can solve withdrawal problems.

    I do not mind they just change the timeframe to 10 or 15 or even 30 days withdrawal processing time. However, I want to make sure that at the end of the day, the withdrawal is processed.

    I totally agree with the OP.
    Rival are just shooting themselves in the foot with these needless delays. They are driving customers away, which anyone will tell you is not good business sense!

    If it makes you feel any better, they treat affiliates the same way too. Nearly all my affy payments (except Sloto'cash) have been late by up to 13-days every month since January. :(

    Blaming 'processor problems' is hogwash IMO. If Sloto, most MG's, all Crypto's, GV's, WagerWorks & 3Dice can all pay their customers well inside 48hrs why the hell can't these other Rival casinos?
    5 months to sort out 'processor problems'??? Pull the other one!

    Pssst... Don't play anywhere that doesn't pay you in total, on time - EVERY time. Simple. As soon as you (finally) get your cash, just uninstall and stick with the ones that pay.

    It's ok saying on one hand that it's not the way to treat customers, but whilst we continue to patronise these people, they've got no incentive to sort it out.

    I'm waiting whether it will be also the same at Simon and Lions
    (maybe Kendra can answer it for Simon).

    Its not just a issue with rival casinos. There are a few mg casinos playtech also that take their time paying. Unless its the weekend anything over 7 day period and that gives the 5 business working days to pay is way to long. This is how and i always will close off accounts with them if they cant speed up their payments. Not saying if there is a card transfer prob thats a dif story but this waiting and waiting yet the deposit is issued right away has to stop. Maybe if we all back away from the slow paying ones they will catch on and change their terms.

    a little update

    Of course i know it and i experienced all of fast and slow payment but if the rival casinos offer a 48 hours payment and after flushing it's only 24 hours they should please to make it.

    If not, we must suppose that are other problems.

    The thought is not wrong but i believe that they don't change their terms because it will give always again a lot of players where will deposit there.

    It's totally equal whether some players say: No, sorry that's enough i will uninstall.

    And the different problems will always going further and further and further...

    now the little update:

    Lion paid me after requested the withdrawal and flushing on 23th.
    (it was the first cash-out there) :thumbsup:

    it would be interesting to know whether they use another processor as the others (maybe the same how Sloto's ?)

    yesterday i had a cash-out on Mummys Gold and it was after flushing a few hours later in my Neteller Account.

    That's what i love, a fast payout. :thumbsup:

    Superior has straight confirmed the security docs:

    Please allow 1-2 business days for your withdrawal to be processed.

    do you like to know a little update more ?

    here it comes:

    Superior has completed my first cash-out (15th.) but not the other both (20/22th.) and these both are smaller as the first one.

    I can't simply grasp it why they proceed so. :(

    With SS i was in contact with Kendra and straight i got the Message that i've been paid (in still acceptable 3 days, thank you Kendra) :thumbsup:

    Other outstanding withdrawals are on DVG (20th.) and TIV (21th.) where i also got a Message from John.

    all withdrawals between 20th. and 22th. are not paid :rolleyes:

    What should i say ? i really have trouble therewith after this repeated edition to deposit.

    Disappointed that one must make this Experience again. :(

    Well, soon after I posted negative about TIV, I was suddenly cut off from promos. Maybe it's just a coincidence and they were going to do so anyway. However, just to test the waters I made a small deposit and and running away with an even smaller win. Let's see when they process my withdrawal.:D:D
