Just received an email stating I had some free cash thrown into my account, and it was a fair chunk of change!

Thanks Betat!

I have no idea what I did to deserve it, or why I received it, but if it was a mistake I'm still keeping it! ;)

Definitely not use to, or ever witnessed, that kind of unprovoked act of random kindness. Usually I have to do the comp request walk of shame and ask for that type of thing, and only after what I would consider is a bad enough session to ask. :(

I didn't even know casino's do this type of thing. Definitely never happened to me, so just had to make a thank you thread.

It's much appreciated and the gesture will be reciprocated.

Thanks again Betat.

I got some thrown in my account too, got up to £38 or so and busted out, was a nice and unexpected gesture though, haven't played there for a while admittedly.

Shall certainly be rectifying that in the coming weeks. Cheers Bet-at

Just spotted this thread and check my account too. Yep some free moolah... YaY!
Nice chunk of change, that's all I'll say.

Thanks BetAT I really do appreciate it

Very cool. I play very rarely at betat. I still received a 10€ surprise.
Guess what, turned it into 100€ There is nothing better than free money:cool:
I will certainly come back and play more :)

Gobsmacked, thank you so much Betat! I've had some issues with depositing, I've barely played in ages, and I think I'd even had a little sorry for your bad luck comp after my last deposit.

Re: my recent issues, I've now installed Firefox, and I'm hoping that will sort things out for me. I'll be sure to try next time I can afford to.

My budget overall has taken a big hit in recent months, and you have really made my Friday night! Now I wish I had bought beer instead of all those stupid groceries, lol.

Everybody gets free money? I guess i chose the wrong time to close my acc for a month for a break :D

But i cant complain, they suprised me with a lot comps in the past.

i got £10 with 20x WR, not a huge amount. but i don't play at betat very often now, so fair enough.

But there was also a 50% reload bonus. So i deposited £50.
Only then did I realise the reload bonus was at 20x deposit AND bonus.
That's 60x bonus - £1500 WR for a measly £25 bonus

I'll be making sure to read the T&C next time, or stick with the viper client casinos, where i can get a bonus at one of them any day of the week at 30-35x bonus WR

Anyways, I managed to achieve 35% of WR before zeroing out, mainly due to TSII giving me several bonus rounds of 2x, 3x, and 5x stake (not that i'm blaming betat for that)

You might feel the WR on the bonus is high, but you also need to remember that the actual deposit itself is not tied into a WR (our deposit bonuses never are, and something we're proud of that we're one of a few casinos that are able to offer to our players), meaning, if you happen to hit using real funds and wish to withdraw before tapping into the bonus funds, you can without having to work through the WR.
Remember, you can always find the terms and conditions to any promotions and bonuses before accepting by looking under the tab 'my eligible bonuses' before accepting.

Good luck!

I found a freebie too and made the playthrough. Just waiting for the withdrawal to hit my EcoPayz. Thanks so much Bet-At. You guys are amazing.

Thank you once again. Didn't take me long to bust it, no need for beer and settling down for a long night.

I did notice in terms that bonuses $20 and under have a 10x max cap, and that bonuses over $20 are 5 x bonus. That leaves an odd little gap for someone who got $25, being of less value than $20. Not me, no complaining, just an observation.

Now as I understand it, the software will automatically convert to cash once WR is complete, and take any excess. Does this mean a player is free to play on with their funds and win or lose what they can, or must you withdraw that max if you are lucky enough?

In the case of the reload, being free cash per se, it has a cap and you wouldn't be able to withdraw beyond what is set in the Ts and Cs. Playing it aside from entertainment from that point wouldn't have any benefit as it doesn't accrue comp points so you might as well WD and enjoy.
Deposit bonuses of course, once WR is met, is converted into real cash and you can play it as you see fit. ;)
Hope that helps.

Well, made a £70 withdrawal, had a great time, and (in winagram) hit 5 banknotes/wilds on BDBA for the first time! I've had sapphires, coins, gold bars and chequebooks a few times each, but strangely have never had the banknotes!

Thanks again betat!

LOL the title seemed to give an impression that this would be a rant or complaint post......but then betat hardly gets those :thumbsup:
