Question...

You 'win' a bonus round on a multi-line slot and as you go to play one of the four bonus rounds there's a glitch and it doesn't work. You log out and in again yet the bonus game is gone. You complain to the casino, they admit there was a fault their end and they offer you an amount for all your 'trouble' and 'waiting around'.

Stake was 50p and the game was Jurassic Island. Playing the bonus round on this slot before and with that stake had you winning £14 at worst and over £60 at best...(although the potential winnings are huge in this slot).

Casino offers you £5, you ask for management intervention and he offers maximum £20.

Fair ?

There probably isn't a right answer as every player will have different expectations from a game. Having not played that one much (it's the BGO game right?) then 40x sounds fair, but if it had been on something like Great Blue I might have wanted more whereas on Thunderstruck I may have taken a less.

guys

its not about right or wrong here TBH I want to see for myself the spins. and what the bonus round paid! I would not be happy with. oh here is a fiver or even a hundred quid! after all that's what the games are all about the buzz of the bonus round.

Yes, that's my answer too.
If they can't restore the game to it's previous state (i.e. about to start a bonus) then they have no right putting it online for people to play with real money in the first place. :(

It's what I thought too, I was just interested in other people's opinion...

I guess it is difficult to put a number to it so I would have thought it's no surprise the casino came back with the lowest amount probable plus a couple of quid to ease the pain. It's a quirky one though, how can they put a figure on what the free spin/bonus round may have paid?

Thumbs up BGO

It appears the VIP manager has gotten involved and offered what is deemed to be a very generous 'compensation'.

Most fair in my humble opinion and a very big thumbs up to BGO.

Good customer service does exist then :p

think that was a fair offer in the end, ive only ever had a glitch in a a game once and that was when hitman first came out, got to bonus where you execute and it froze, no matter how often I tried it stayed froze, took 3 months for Ladbrokes to fix it as they had to keep getting advice from microgaming and patches etc, load of emails etc and £50 in my account for inconvenience, lmao time it finally worked I played it and got about lowest win I could possibly get, still I wanted game so I could play it again and like yourself I wanted to see my bonus round andwhat it paid that's why we play the games

IMO you should take the 20 and think that your bonus round paid 40x.

Talking about potential hits and what if - could - would is pointless, unless the problem had occurred while in the round and you had already won say 100x....
