Are you winning or losing money? A lot depends on this in my opinion. My guess is that you are losing money which sounds a little backwards. If you're winning you will get attention because they want you to keep playing so you can lose it all.

I was contacted by another casino yesterday asking me why I hadn't been back to play and offering me a small freebie for some feedback as to why.

The short answer was that while I thought it was a perfectly good casino there were other casinos that did a much better job of giving me the VIP treatment with me specifically calling out thrills, whitebet and trada as the best.

In the situation you describe I.e. bad session / big loss then whitebet and trada were the best for proactively giving me the big arm around the shoulder and giving me a decent cashback to give me a chance of restoring some of the damage. Thrills I quite liked their VIP promos for free spins which were always £2+ and wager free.

Your rewards are there but it is lowrollers who benefit the most from them . If I have a decent balance I won't bother playing the freerolls because with 500 players entering a battle paying 1000 freespins it doesn't take a maths genius to realise that on average you will win 2 freespins or 20p worth Similarly , the casino race is a bit of money at the end of the week but if you are spinning in £s and not pence then the amount you ever win from the casino race is miniscule in comparison to the amount you wagered . Because it's quite easy to get £5-£20 back from the race but it's basically impossible to win the bigger prizes unless you set autoplay on quickspin 24/7 . You can do that at 20p spins but noone is doing that at £2+ spins unless they want to lose a lot of money.

But I can see your point.. With the amounts involved, players are more likely to play it back than withdraw it.

I don't deposit much at Videoslots (mainly because of the lack of deposit bonuses, and the way they work, when they are given).
Last week I'd deposited £300.

So last weeks cash back received today from £300 deposits was £9.97 and I received £12 race winnings on Monday.
So £22 isn't really an amount I'd withdraw. It'll just get played, or added to my next deposit.

For the players who are depositing less, their cashback and race money probably won't even reach the minimum withdrawal amount. So they don't have much choice, but to play it through, in the hope of winning a withdrawable amount.

But as you wrote the sums rarely rises to any amounts worth withdrawing.

My deposits have been around 500/week lately and I have basically never reached an amount worthwhile to withdraw. They never even offer deposit bonuses and they would still be a much better deal.

Also must say that I agree with SlotGrinders post about the other stuff.

VS is still a very good casino and one of the very few I would recommend as its extremely newbie friendly on top of the other good qualities they have.

My highest CB was close to $250 and the highest Race reward was $140. So definitely sums that some would consider worth withdrawing, even i did withdraw once a part of my cashback.

TBH, I don't want Videoslots to change, it is the best place for "cash preferred" players like me (add the upcoming Rizk to make it 2). I have no interest whatsoever in getting deposit bonuses at VS where I have to start reading T&C's again, think of max. bet, restricted games, etc. and they have to probably scale down the 'wager free' rewards. Go play somewhere else if you like bonuses (i do that when i want or need a bonus to bump up my starting balance), but please leave Videoslots simple and straightforward as it is now. Please!
