Sorry, but for my money I won't ask no-one to reopen my account, its their loss. There are plenty fish in the sea 😉
 
Why would you want to play at a casino who will SOW you multiple times (ask Dunover), keep hold of your money until you supply x,y,z and have (maybe changed) an erratic approach to withdrawals? It's not as if they offer anything special anyhow as they started to cut down on their once decent perks many years ago.

Keep the account closed and go play elsewhere.

Maybe they've gotten better/more reasonable but its a bit late in the day.
 
Its possible that some players prefer to see certain providers on the same site. For example me, I would no register and play on a casino without Novomatics, Merkur and a 300 Shields slot. It was usually hard to find one. 300 shields looked like a moronic game compared to what they create now, but it provided a good possibility to hit something big while playing at small stakes and then move on, but they removed it recently from all casinos, perhaps was a loosing game.
 
Got email from them. -despite closing a/c, apparently i have money in them and they asking to check balance :laugh: How desperate are these chancers?

It's about 9p
I read that yearly turnover amongst casinos providing the UK is significantly down (being blamed on UKGC regs).

With this it's not surprising that casinos are needing to pitch for business.

Hey Pinnit2014! We understand how tedious and frustrating the SOW process is, we really do. Due to UKGC regulations, we are obligated to carry this out and as you mentioned, sometimes this might need to be done more than once because the situation for the player may have changed when it comes to how they fund the account.

Trust me however when I say, we are doing our best to try and continue improving this process to be smoother and as easy for everyone involved as it can possibly be! Gotta hand it to 'em, what with Zuckerbot's pixellated paradise on the horizon and the various 'Multiverses' being in vogue in popcorn media, the fact that Casumo took those current trends and prefixed their name to it shows tremendous originality 🤔

I wrote to this e-mail asking them to open my account, but the answer was no. Why do you actually keep the data hot and not give it access?And have you opened at least one account? I don't understand why you really keep your login.

There are various factors as to why we would not be able to re-open an account - however, as I mentioned in my previous message I can't check any account details in a public forum due to GDPR unfortunately.
