I see your point, but to tell the truth, players haven't expressed any dissatisfaction or confusion regarding the casino name yet.

I kinda thought about the french word for play, joux to be honest.

I gave the casino a try, given it was featured here and represented by a solid rep. Although i have to admit the Curacao License always feels a bit shady.

So far my experience has been good, lots game providers to choose from, some i never saw/noticed before like swintt. Missed microgaming and play n go therey but the latter is explicitly excluded in the terms for players from my country. Never saw that exclusion before in any other casino, so i guess it might be a curacao thing?

Verification went well and with a reasonable time frame and withdrawal was executed within the time frame and was in my bank account within less than 24 hrs after being sent from the casino. Which is pretty fast for a wire transfer and actually faster than most MGA Casinos i tried so far.

During my play i also received a few goodies like tournament free spins and twice some cash prize around 50€ from the current jackpot hunt thingy.

The VIP system and the cash back is nice, although the progression is ultra steep. First Level requires 200 pts (which equals 4k wager, second step requires an additional 2300 pts (46k wager). Some smaller goodies along the way would probably help here.

All in all, i am positively surprised by the performance of the casino, despite the license.

I shall share my experience on Joo casino. Made a small deposit, won a bit and then provided documents for verification. Being rather impatient, I went to live chat after 1 day to ask on the verification status. To my surprise, the support staff told me she could verify my docs on the spot. After a minor query on the id expiry date everything was fine and I was fully verified. My cashout was also received timely after I subitted a request.

Quite impressive.

Can’t speak for Joo Casino but I’ve played on N1 for a while. Find the features appear regularly enough over the months on a good variety of games. Always find the customer service responsive and helpful and with short wait times. A couple nights ago Zillard King paid me off nicely with a bit of a crazy run on the feature. Played it for hours to get there Cashed out a decent amount a short time later, with the winnings in my account this morning.

I’ve had a consistently good experience with these guys.
