I'm a big fan of taking up the opportunity of any welcome bonus at a new casino. Who wouldn't right? Double or Triple your initial deposit. Take a big risk with big bets to win big or play strategy low risk betting for a good session and maybe run good :).

After all in the later I refer to good session!

Why is it these days it almost feels that getting yourself tied down to a bunus immediately puts you on the back end of a con! I use the word con lightly but it sure feels that way.

This year alone I've signed up to loads of casinos took a bonus and keept to a 300-500 spin rule in my balance to no evail. The sessions seem to last 20-40 mins max, very little features if any rare 20x hits and a feature paying no more than 10x if you do hit. RTP always starts of below 45% for 1st 200 spins with hardly a feature accross the board and either drops dramatically till you bust or picks up a little before a huge downswing then busting!

Now I'm either running extremely bad or this is just an emerging pattern for everyone.

I'd like to hear your thoughts. Cheers

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
I have as good as given up on any bonus. I used to but the number of times I have started off well and as I get near to clearing wagering, all goes downhill, last one left me with 7p :D In my opinion they are not worth the bother.

Your just having a bad run. I have signed up for a few casinos in the last year and all but one I am down with no significant play one even boats an RTP of 37% over 2 sessions. This is just bad luck, no patterns. I do think though for the most part the newer games aren't that good and if you shy away from them you might have better luck. Just an idea. No patterns though:D

Totally agree on that.
On newer games, I think you have to bet high for a few spins and hope for a quick hit and run

Yep - it's all down to luck. Had one recently whereby i only had 500 wagering requirements but only managed 100! I remember taking a bonus with Bet Victor with 4k wagering but then suddenly starting creeping up to 500 wagered, 1500, 2500. Wild rockets i think and then just couldn't stop winning:) And that was as i was getting closer to the 4k requirement

Swings and roundabouts - if you hit it at the right time, happy days.
