Dangit Ben.
Again, buy a card, come home to sit in on a Friday night for some spinning...and can't play. You have got to add the option for a player to remove cards manually, especially for those of us who use pre-paids, and when you have a 3 card max. It means, I'm sitting here with money and can't play tonight, because I can't manually remove one to add one, there's no live chat, and I assume because it's a holiday, no support (I assume this because email support hasn't gotten back over several hours).

I totally appreciate it's a holiday and staff needs their time away, but that's why you need the option for players to add/remove cards themselves...for when support, the only ones able currently, aren't there to do it for you. Hopefully you make this an option soon.

It's a small thing - GUTS is still fantastic, but still a pisser when it's got to be an easy fix.

Yeah, I WANT to play GUTS - so, that leaves me with one option if I want to play - sit up for the next several hours and hope either Ben logs in or support does. Beyond that, it's depping elsewhere, which I don't particularly want to do. Hope there's some good tv between 1 and 3 am.

I know we had this thread some months ago - I hope GUTS gets this option in. If players can dep at this hour but support's offline, they need this, especially considering when support IS offline it's not necessarily late everywhere else in the world. I know 24 hr CS isn't realistic - but the easy add/remove is.

I'm Canadian - use the Vanilla Mastercards, they work fine

I realize your frustration and we have mentioned this to Every Matrix on many of occasions. I wish it was on my side of the fence as we would never have had this issue. The only thing that we can offer to help the situation is 24/7 support which will be starting in a few weeks.

I'm Canadian and I use to buy cards also.. Then I got the titanium visa at money mart... When u load it there is no fee like a vanilla Mastercard.. U can cash out to it no problem. It's well worth it and no need to remove cards ... And Ben awesomeness about 24/7 support will help Canadians out big time.

Funny I keep geting phone calls, Casinos saying deposist, I say I am deposit and they say using cards from shops, I say I from u.k, I netehr had trouble using cards, I only use debt card, I do use skrill but only if they only take dolor,

I'm canadian too and used titanium visa as well but not worth it. It's $7 a month and $2 per transaction etc...plus 3% transaction fee every time you use your card at an online casino. You can also pay $15 a month and have the $2 reloading fee waived. But you still get 3% charged on online gambling. Also, theres a limit of up to $5k reload. I used if for a year than thought vanilla mastercard in $200 is more cost efficient

Me too! Everything seems to be going swimmingly up to now. I like the site/layout/navigation and the whole thing works seamlessly.

My only issue is the fees to withdraw to EcoPayz. Only $2-3 per but still....it's an ewallet. Other than that they are a great outfit. Reliable and fast.

I've actually been using my RBC Visa Debit to fund Ecopayz. It's instant and has a fee of approx $1.5CAD which is on EcoPayz end. The only thing is you have to withdraw from EcoPayz to your bank account but that only takes 2-3 business days.
