Watch out for 3Dice

I personally like small casinos with a community feeling like 3Dice.

I find Anna to be genuinely a nice person and manager and I cannot echo the sentiments here.

I do not play at 3Dice due to the poor odds on offer. A BJ with 0.70% house edge? No thanks.

Hey there, I am going to chime in here even though I closed my account on 1/1/24.

While I think the OP has a valid complaint, and Weesie is spot on with hers, this line "I can do what I want, I’m the boss” doesn't sit well with me. I don't care who said it. Weesie is right, it should not be said.

Before I closed my account back in January, there were many players in main chat complaining, myself included. I stopped playing their slots for the most part because I very RARELY ever hit anything. I am a Keno player, and when I totaled the amount deposited and how much was wagered on Keno alone, I knew it was time to go. There was just no way after over 100 thousand games played my biggest win was 750 USD. Whereas almost weekly at other places I play I was cashing out over 4 grand from playing Keno. Hell, I was lucky enough to win the 100 thousand playing Keno in Las Vegas and here at the local reservation casino. But it was not sitting well with me that I wagered well over 250 thousand and my biggest win was only 750 USD and I only hit that once in the years and years playing at 3dice.

Do I think they have favorites? I would be lying if I said no. I do think however, the CS reps put up with alot of BS in the main chat, and I can see why they get frustrated. But we are all human, gambling and complaining about gambling goes hand in hand. And yes, the complaining does get out of hand at times but hey, that is only natural when you just lost your 20th deposit, and the same person has just won massive amounts over and over again. I was always happy for anyone winning there, I don't care who it was. I was genuinely happy for them.

For the most part, I think the CS reps are all fantastic, and I am sure they have their bad days, just like everyone else. And I do think Anna is fair and really if you are not happy playing there, just go. I did and my gaming bank account is thanking me for it.

I wrote a review on this site recently bigging 3dice up. I’ve very much changed my mind in the coming months. I had a great win when I joined but now I see it’s another one hit wonder. I’ve lost every time since that once. I don’t expect to win all the time I know you lose too, but not even close to a decent win even after depositing €2000 plus per month. The chat is also HORRID! I was playing a tournament and was nearly finishing free spins and would have won but it ended. I get this happens and I wrote in the chat that it sucked (as I’ve seen many others do) which wasn’t even meant to be aggressive I was laughing about it. Some person commented it was just a $10 tournament. I replied and said “so? The same people always win” which is 100% true and I got blocked from chat . It’s ok though for some other players to go around calling people muthaf****s when they get beaten in a tourney in the chat. Go figure. Asked for my account to be closed this evening and will stick to the UK sites where things are properly moderated. When something seems too good to be true it usually is

Nobody in 3Dice chat goes around calling other patrons "mfkers" without 3Dice players in chat alerting the mods and it getting immediately removed... so that's 100% inaccurate & cap.

Also, you joined 3Dice just a few months ago. You're basically a little baby chicken that just hatched out of the egg, and you're already going around live chat talking about, "The same people always win"? Do you think you've earned that merit or right to say such a thing in your relatively short life span at 3Dice without getting reprimanded? How do you think the winners who won a tournament fair and square would feel after reading your bogus accusations in live chat? You don't think that what you said would rattle some cages?

The answer is yes, it would, and this is most certainly why you got blocked and have now become disgruntled towards 3Dice.

I'm sorry to hear that you've decided to close your account. We respect your decision and wish you all the best moving forward. However, I am curious about a particular issue you mentioned.

If you could send me a private message detailing which players were using inappropriate language in the chat, I would greatly appreciate it. Such behavior is unusual and should not go unchecked, as our representatives are expected to maintain a respectful environment.

While the chat can become disorderly at times, it should never be offensive.
Unfortunately, this is why occasional chat bans are necessary.
