Just so you are aware, another manifestation of scam 1668/JAZ licence has been brought to our attention, Alpha Interactive, Betsoft games and Play'n Go which are quite possibly these:

Watch out for fake Play'n Go Games

Taking unlicensed registrations blah blah… you all know the score by now.

As you should all know this group and 'licence' is RAF here at Casinomeister.

It's pretty much the same as this rogue site:

Gale and Martin Casino Review ☠️ Rogue ☠️ Casinomeister's Rogue Pit

This thread is a terrible indicator of the consequences of playing at 1668/JAZ sites:

Book of Dead - 5000x - 100k€ Win

Was able to join from the UK of course.

Wonder how many people get scammed and robbed by these casinos and do nothing about it or come on these type of forums and talk about it.

Pretty scary that they are still allowed to open up these type of casinos.

Unbelievable how many UK-facing affiliate sites are promoting this brand. Disgusting behavior and SpinUp are now linking to these affiliate sites in their footer saying they are recommended!

Had this spam come through today to a spam-trap. "King Billy Casino" sold on this e-mail to SpinUp. Nice to know my personal data is safe at these Curaçao shitholes :p

Sadly enough there are members on this forum who keep promoting a lot of Curacao casinos on their websites....

In fact they even label those casinos as “UK friendly” , “UK players accepted” etc ... when they shouldn’t be taking deposits from UK players at all !

For obvious reasons I’ll not mention the websites.

I hope you are aware that it actually exist casinos with a curacao license even in the accredited list here, and I assume also in the grey zone.
All of them aren't bad, so I doubt that the affiliates in here are promoting the bad or rogue ones. If they are you need to notify the mods because then they shouldn't be listed as webmeisters in here.

Yes I am aware that there are Curacao licenses casinos in here and unfortunately yes - this members are promoting some rogues once unfortunately . I’ll not get into detail.

No need to notify the mods either as the guys know each other very well .

If a casino isn't UKGC registered and are accepting UK players. Then they would be rogue and illegal.
I think the point that Nik is making, is that there are some CM member-owned affiliate sites who are promoting these 'illegal' casinos to UK players

May I ask if those casinos are listed as rogue in here or just casinos that you think should be rogued? It is a difference there.

I can't force you to tell who they are but if it's someone the mods know well then it's not that difficult to find out.

Yes I realized that, but I don't know if that is something that Bryan have in his rules for affiliates here. I guess @dunover should know.

The point I’m trying to make is :

An Affiliate owns a reputable website that promotes all the legit casinos . He would proudly stand behind this website as it’s the website that builds up the image of a good affiliate.

Sadly , the same affiliate owns another few websites that amongst the good and UK licensed casinos promotes some rogue outfits too....

I couldn’t have sum it up better than this , hope it makes a sense now.

As a member here, and definitely if you are a webmaster with link privileges in your posts you are not allowed to promote rogue casinos obviously. We're not talking about people like SkyVegas who got greyed or pitted (IIRC) about affiliate issues, but places clearly detrimental to player safety. There are grey market sites that are trustworthy and that would include many US-facing ones which as you will have noticed are not able to be accredited any more for that reason but are still considered safe.

If a site is obviously targeting unlicensed markets and this would highly likely be a 1668/JAZ site then even if it's not in the pit and rogued, common-sense decrees you wouldn't be a member here and actively promote them - hell, there's enough info here to know better!

Naturally with the industry in a state of flux and markets banning this and doing that alongside new licensing regimes appearing it's difficult to draw the line at present but any experienced affy or member here should know what's acceptable and what isn't.

The onus of this site is again player safety.

Many of us promote for example groups that aren't accredited here like Caddell or Progress Play but are properly licensed and aside from bonus policies don't tend to come up on the radar too much - it doesn't have to be accredited here in order for you to promote it but again (as with Freaky Vegas) if it turns to crap and generates a whole ream of issues all of a sudden and it's clear something's wrong, if you're a webby here you'd be expected to act accordingly and get rid fast.

I suggest that if anybody here is aware of a member or webby that's actively promoting unsafe, rogue-licensed or shithole casinos then report it to Bryan - he wouldn't accept it and would act accordingly.

You really do need to pm Bryan . If a CM affiliate is doing this it is wrong.
