Warning about caddell casino diamond7 glitch

I have no idea how this is possible but I just won $103 on a wild desire on this casino. It was not credited to my account and speaking to live support they say there is no log of me even playing game.

I sent them a screenshot of my win and a screenshot of my history showing I played it and I was not paid and the win not showing in my history.

I feel like this happened to me earlier for a small bonus win too.

As you can see the third last spin matches the screenshot amount. i did 2 more spins to see if spinning would fix the glitch. All I know is thank god I took a screenshot because they seemed like they couldnt be concerned at first.

So be careful and keep your eyes out if your are playing at caddel

This really doesn't surprise me! I had a win a few months back, made a withdrawal from it and when I logged on to see if it had been processed, there was no record of me having even made the withdrawal and chat who seemingly looked into my account tried to tell me that I must have the wrong casino as there was no record of the win on my account. I actually let them back themselves into a corner and then produced the screenshot of the withdrawal - hmmm underhanded if you ask me.
 
This just happened again and this time on Fruitycasa and this time I have video of it. The balance does not change.

This must be a caddel wide issue. Not good guys. Keep your eyes out. I had a bonus not long after that did pay. So this is only happening sometimes.

This is very very concerning. I spoke with the casino. They are claiming none of this happened. I provided a clip of the address bar and time stamp and they are simply saying this does not exist and they will not be able to help. It is only a small amount that is missing so it is not a big deal but this is quite serious for anyone who won some serious money.

I suggest you guys record all game play with the address and time. So far I have only seen this with immortal romance and only some of the time. As for now, I will forfeit the money that disappeared because the casino says their decision is final not to look into it and Im not fighting with them over a small amount. Thank god this wasnt for a few thousand.

That's no good. If you can use enough energy to create a thread about this you can't just let it go. I suggest you do a PAB and see if Max can force them to investigate. They can't be that ignorant, especially since you have both screenshots and videos to prove it.
 
I would escalate it and bypass chat as a matter of principle. How many other people has this happened too and they are not concerned? I am sure it would have a different outcome had money been credited to your account that shouldn't have. Chat are about as good as a chocolate fireguard, they didn't even know what RTP was and I had to explain this to them.

You have the proof so stay on it.
 
I would recommend submitting a PAB here - besides the casino, we can contact Microgaming to see what's up.

For the casino support not escalating this issue, that is a worry.
 
First of all Billy thank you for highlighting this for us.I have not deposited at their casino's for an ilk but if I had been I would withdraw all my money from them as soon as I had proof to back up my claims. Like Brian has said. PAB. Not only is it happening across their Casino's but the fact they are brushing complaints aside and dismissing solid evidence suggests that something underhand is occurring.

Rare I give the benefit of the doubt but on this occasion my gut tells me to make an exception.

No offence to anyone but we all know live chat ain't exactly reliable in most instances so "going over their head" so to speak is certainly the right move on this one.

I'd err on this occasion that its something that maybe themselves are not even aware of and a problem that is such a problem that they cannot even see it their end.

I do thrust this group 80%ish as from what I've read they even pay out one last time when banning players for their so called 'bonus abuse' suggesting that underhandedness is not their priority.

As said more likely to me a major technical issue rather than anything else.
