Non-Bonus Complaint waiting for 6 withthdraws since april23 first one 80$ at vidieo slots need help

re videoslots withdraw issued been waiten since april 23 for 80$ withdraw via citadal total of 6 withdraws but it gets weird got my scond withdraw of 150$ on the 25th 2 before 1 so now 5 bankin days since te 80 they owe me total 710$ emailed screenshots callback. allways diffrent answer been playim there over a year never issues citadel takes 24hrs -36hrs for banktransfer need your help ty

Having the same issue 3 withdrawals all the same time got the first, but now 5 days past never got the other 2, but withdrew 2 days later got those already but still waiting for the previous withdrawals that seemed to vanished. Bad thing is they are over 8grand so very frustrated where they are and support as always doesnt give a shit they think its the norm. Time to put videoslots on the do not play list for me i have non stop issues and they dont give a f. If it was 100 dollars fine but they stressing me out when i finally get a big win. And yes to add it is citadel for me also...something is up

The handling time for your withdrawal has not yet passed and, unfortunately, we cannot trace a transaction before that. The transaction ID, however, can be found by hovering over the transaction in "Account history" on your account, just make sure to hover the mouse over the entry in the "Transaction type" row.

My use of the word "cannot" was, perhaps, a bit strong.

What I meant to say is that unless a transaction has taken longer than the handling time for that method, we will not investigate it further. If we receive a contact after the handling time has ended we will, of course, contact the provider and track it down from our side.

So samdog21, you still haven't got yours? What bank do you use? Yours was before mine i think so I'm really going to be waiting. I think if two people have the exact same issue it should be investigated ? No? If it was casino funds the whole world would stop till they found it. I'm getting withdrawals made later in the week and not those first ones banks dont just put them aside and say I'll do it later.

I have had withdraws rejected by my bank before. Problem was videoslots never told me it was rejected. I was very busy with work so I sort of forgot about it. When I did get around to it 3 weeks later I looked through my banking and realized I was never paid approx $600.

I had to send in bank documents to show I never got the money and then videoslots resent it. They should be able to track it without me having to provide that though and I do recall I was quite pissed there was no follow up whatsoever when by withdraw was returned to them.

I have a feeling this is the same situation and they want your bank statements too
 
In my case...bank knew nothing about this...I had large withdrawals so now they think its Citadel that has a $9500 24hr limit per account so I didnt know this and went and did it again and same thing happened, one out of three withdrawals showed. Wish they would of not allowed the withdrawals all at once then because this waiting to come back and try again is frustrating. So still have over 13grand floating around in cyber world.
