    re videoslots withdraw issued been waiten since april 23 for 80$ withdraw via citadal total of 6 withdraws but it gets weird got my scond withdraw of 150$ on the 25th 2 before 1 so now 5 bankin days since te 80 they owe me total 710$ emailed screenshots callback. allways diffrent answer been playim there over a year never issues citadel takes 24hrs -36hrs for banktransfer need your help ty

    Having the same issue 3 withdrawals all the same time got the first, but now 5 days past never got the other 2, but withdrew 2 days later got those already but still waiting for the previous withdrawals that seemed to vanished. Bad thing is they are over 8grand so very frustrated where they are and support as always doesnt give a shit they think its the norm. Time to put videoslots on the do not play list for me i have non stop issues and they dont give a f. If it was 100 dollars fine but they stressing me out when i finally get a big win. And yes to add it is citadel for me also...something is up

    All I want is the trace numbers or what ever you guys call it because my bank wants to help at least but your refusing to give them to me, so why? Does it cost you money for that info? I'll pay the fee if it does I would like my 8 grand before this week is gone also.

    i feel your pain seems bigger casinos get they dont care i won give up been threw this with other casinos thats why started with vd never no probs till now and yes they should but them on the table . samdog21 8grand i would fly over there lol

    The handling time for your withdrawal has not yet passed and, unfortunately, we cannot trace a transaction before that. The transaction ID, however, can be found by hovering over the transaction in "Account history" on your account, just make sure to hover the mouse over the entry in the "Transaction type" row.

    I'm confused. Can't trace a transaction ? What does that mean ? That you're not sure there was a transaction or there was one and now nobody knows where money has gone ? Just makimg me feel very uncomfortable especially for 8k .

    My use of the word "cannot" was, perhaps, a bit strong.

    What I meant to say is that unless a transaction has taken longer than the handling time for that method, we will not investigate it further. If we receive a contact after the handling time has ended we will, of course, contact the provider and track it down from our side.

    So samdog21, you still haven't got yours? What bank do you use? Yours was before mine i think so I'm really going to be waiting. I think if two people have the exact same issue it should be investigated ? No? If it was casino funds the whole world would stop till they found it. I'm getting withdrawals made later in the week and not those first ones banks dont just put them aside and say I'll do it later.

    Well I'm CIBC so it's not the bank connection, citadel I think is the issue I dunno, just wish it was a smaller dollar amount i wouldn't have to panic as much lol....I already made plans for this money thinking it would be same time as all others 24hrs.. oops my bad.
