Hi Folks,

please can someone tell me that it gives no problems with King Solomons ?

sorry, but i'm a little bit excited and i will explain it to you now:

today i deposited $50 and claim a 60% Bonus (Tuesday Slot Club Offer)

i played a while up and down and then before a few minutes i played with a $2,- bet at Realm of Riches and get Free Spins.

at the last Spin i hit 4 Crowns and it payed $4000.-

so i let all until now and made a Screenshot but before i would show you the Shot
what should i do ? get into Live Chat and asking if there is already ok ?

If you only played slots with the bonus, you are OK.

The WR is around 20x D+B (at least it was last time I got one of these), and there is a term that states you must cash in an amount not less than your initial bankroll, ie. you must have won overall (this term should not bother you in this case:) ).

One term to be aware of is that you may NOT add another deposit, comps, etc on top of these bonus offers - while this could boost your balance to meet the minimum withdrawal term, it will void all but your own deposits.

The win MAY exceed the single weekly cashout limit, so it is worth checking the banking information to see what this is.

You shoud contact support to be absolutely certain you have cleared WR once the balance shows in the cashier as "withdrawable". You may be asked for documents due to the size of win, unless you have already supplied them.

the Cashier let me cashout max. $2.500 first and then it was approved i can withdraw the next $1.500

once it has approved (normally 48hours) they say it can takes 7 working days to go to my Neteller Acc. :eek2:

i can't find any information about the weekly max. Amount on their Website

They may be a little more relaxed once you have played for a while. Most casinos insist you must have deposited with Neteller before you can withdraw that way. They could have withdrawn to Click2Pay, but if they offer a bank wire it should be worth it. They should need IBAN etc, as it seems new EU regulations came in a while ago. They may find they cannot process the wire without these numbers, and may only find out after you have waited a while (over 2 weeks with Neteller in my case before I got someone with half a brain who told me Neteller needed my IBAN before they could process).
You should get yours over 2 weeks, but should you win again later in the month you could hit the monthly limit.
Strange how RTG casinos have this "cashflow problem" that many Microgaming casinos dont, or if they have limits, they are far higher than the average for RTG.
 
I just dont understand these procedures.

Why does it matter how you make a withdrawal? I can understand the whole money-laundering thing, but the player took a bonus for goodness sake and played slots - must be the worst money launderer on god's green earth.

As far as fraud etc is concerned, we have had another casino operator on these forums state that merchants can 'chargeback' fraudulent payouts back from Neteller at any time, so surely that is a safe option?? I mean, good luck retrieving a bank wire after it is credited to a bank account!!

I would also think it was cheaper to use Neteller for the casino, as bankwires can get expensive, but I'm not 100% sure so Im not going to place a weeks' wages on it.

Casino's spruik Neteller/C2P/MBookers as their preferred methods, but then have frustrating rules like the above. I remember once I cashed out from Casino Rewards, after depositing via MBookers, and they sent the original deposit back to MB and the rest by check via snail mail..... :what: .

for me as a Player from Europe i have had two or three MG Casinos where took the same procedure, what you say.

original deposit back to the prefered deposit method and the other Funds not via snail mail, separate where you wish.

i know that your Options limited are as here.

for me it's equal, if the time to Neteller takes the same as Wire Transfer, it's better for me that they pay me directly but i don't know how long the time takes.

the other one is that they not answer at mails, although i receive always automatically mails that they receive my mail and that i will receive a response shortly, when i send emails.

That's only a dream and that's why i've now closed my account forever, because they are only time waster!

The Live Support was never available and if i sent them an email, i must always wait a minimum of 10 days to get any answer and that's too bad for me, sorry!

It can't be, that i must wait over 1 week, to get my withdrawal (i would only withdraw 500.- Dollars), because there is even SciFi & Breakaway Casino better, because they pay out at the same day, if you make a withdrawal up to $ 500.-

I hope certainly for you, that you get your money, but you must be evry patient, because i'm sure, that they need a very long time for this transaction!

BTW. you MUST have made only one deposit with Neteller, to withdraw it to them, because otherwise, they won#t send it to your Neteller Account! I tried exactly the same, at the beginning, as i've made a deposit with moneybookers, but then i got an email, that it's not available, only when i make a deposit with Neteller, but Wire Transfer should never be a problem and is normally the fastest, but also the most expensive way.
 
In a casino I used moneybookers to deposit and I asked them if I can withdraw back to it and they told me I could. Later when i tried to withdraw to moneybookers it was not available, It was my fault that didnt check it before depositing. I contacted them and they apologised , but they told me if I deposit 20 dollar by neteller(minimum deposit by neteller was 20), i can withdraw all the money back to it. You can ask this from them, maybe not ok with them.

They should be OK for the money, but their CS really SUCKS!!
I have had the same problems, live chat not working, E-mails ignored for days, if not weeks. Sometimes a reply NEVER comes.
If I want this sort of crap I'll play at BelleRock:mad: At least I get a few bonus offers with them.

For me BelleRock (Lucky Nugget) was always good to me, because their weekend bonsues comes always within 1-3 hours in my account and when i win something and make directly a flushing to withdrawal, i always get my money within 24 hours, so they really much better, as KS, but okay, it's a MG Casino and not a RTG, although nobody can beat InetBet with their fast payouts and also fast supportmail answers :)

That's not really the problem, because i don't use any firewall or popupblocker and the chat will work, but you must wait some minutes and then comes only a message with "sorry, but at this time there is no support agent available, please email us to [email protected] (i don't know if this is the exact mailaddres) but this email doesn't exist, so it's a false message, because you must send it to [email protected]
So the chat works fine, but it's never anyone in there and i've tried it really lot of difference times!

Whatever, my account is now finally closed, after 1 month telling them to do this, so i'll never have any problem with their ;)

all MG Casinos have a min.24 hour pending phase (for reversing) and it takes between 1 to 2 days reflecting in your account, or i'm wrong ? :rolleyes:

In the entire time, one became accustomed also to these "2-3" days and is for me no problem.

Now after your FIRST withdrawal the rest should go fast and smooth, depending on your withdrawal method. But not the first withdrawal, never the first large withdrawal with any online casino.

You must only send your ID and Faxbackform, but this should not be any problem, because i send to all casinos automatically all my documents after making my first withdrawal, so they must not ask me extra for this and so you can save also time ;)

That time frame is not unrealistic or out of line with any other online casino, including InetBet or Belle Rock.

In other words, Wager Junction is just as fast (in some cases faster) to do a FIRST TIME payout as Inetbet or Belle Rock...

Wager Junction is a good outfit and they pay as fast as any other casino out there, including your favorites that you mentioned in almost every post...

If you'll notice Wager Junction casinos are accredited by CasinoMeister, if they did not pay winners in a timely manner I doubt Bryan would continue to list them as accredited.

I also think you have a problem with understanding the English Language (or at least I have a problem understanding some of what you have written).

BTW - How could I be possibly be 'spamming'? I have not sent an email all day...

I've never posted here anywhere, that they'll not paying players, but they waste your time with their long pending period!
Even a accreddited Casino must not be the best one and can also have some troubles, so it's not a guarantee that all is okay!

But you can play where you want, but i only want to play in casinos, which can answer me within some hours and not in 10 days and when i make a withdrawal, i want my money within 1 day and not in 3 days or maybe even later!

I hope we've cleared this now, because i've another things to do and don't want to waste my time with these unimportant things!

Well I think you've been proven wrong, in this instance Wager Junction did pay just as fast as any other casino out there.

Three days for a first large withdrawal is not out of line for any Online Casino and as you can plainly see Zodiac was paid in full, in a timely manner.

You just want to bad mouth a casino you don't like with no proof and no back up.

If there are all these threads about Wager Junction not paying on time, where are they? Post a few links so I can see what your talking about.

In other words, if your going to bad mouth a casino, please provide PROOF or at least something to back up what your saying.

If you can show me some proof, maybe I'll side with you, but if all you got are baseless accusations you really should just stfu.

Payment times and other Issues

Guys my apologies for being totally absent while this thread was going on . I have been on my annual holiday in turkey trekking through some hot and wild country and avoiding the floods in England .

Zodiac congratulations on the win and i am glad that you have received most of your cash . What you can be gaurenteed is that you will be paid out in full .

I am not going to make excuses - our CS at the moment does suck and there are reasons for that .Mike has had issues with getting funds that he has purchased credited to his account . I have asked him how he has made the purchases so that we can take a look at this . Even though we have lost Mike as a player we can ensure that in future others will not have to go through this issue.

UIGEA has hit us especially hard as we have had to move whole departments to different countries including the finance and accounts guys and therefore a backlog and delays have built up as there is loss of staff and training time to be factored in.

In any event the comparison between different Casinos is not apt as we choose what we want to do and do not base our business model on any other Casino . They have thier model and we have ours

Mike whilst you have pointed out a few issues with our Casinos i do think that you are a bit over the top with your commentary and your postings could also be a bit more diplomatic. Lots0 is a very experienced member of the gaming community and could undoubtedly provide you with both hours of knowledge re the gaming community. If you choose not to want it - so be it.

In addition being an affiliate of a place does not disqualify anybody from making comments re sites.

In your last post to me i stated that i could not get your account closed as i am here to assist players with issues - if you want to close your account please email the Casino and they will oblige your request - that is something that has been done now i can gather from your posts.

I take solace in the fact that we have been around since 1998 and have recently sold our Bingo business for a massive amount - that is one of the strains that have been placed on our CS guys and one that will disappear in due course allowing them to provide more time and attention to our Casino brands. We can and will get better going forward.

But i wonder, why Windows Casino or Aqua Pay needs my docs again.

These was send in June to KS in regarding my withdrawal.

And now i'm waiting 8 days for a $250 Withdrawal and today Aqua Pay asked for the docs, what i sent today. :what:

Another thing is, Windows is powered by Playtech ? since when ?
