Dear Partner,

Please be informed that within the past hour, Digital Fuel Marketing has been made aware that Volt Casino (owned and operated by Fair Play Bets Ltd, Malta) is closing with immediate effect.

As you know, Digital Fuel Marketing is an external marketing agency which oversaw marketing activities on behalf of FairPlay Bets Ltd. It is with regret that we have no other details we can share with you as of yet.

We advise, however, that you take your Volt Casino affiliate tracking links/marketing tools away ASAP.

As and when we hear more information from Fair Play Bets Ltd, we will let you know immediately.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that this expected news may cause.

Kind regards,

Looks like affs will be effed-over as per...

Dear Affiliate,

We regret to inform you that management has decided to suspend the business activities of Volt Casino operated by Fair Play Bets Ltd effective 1 October 2020. In the meantime, we have applied for temporary suspension of our licence to the regulator.

In the view of the above, we are forced to terminate our Agreement with an immediate effect based on the Sec. 11.3.(e) of the Volt Casino Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.

We like to assure you that we are doing our best to reinstate our operations. Therefore, we are looking forward to cooperate with you in the future.
Best regards,
Fair Play Bets Ltd

Only played there on and off; it wasn't the best platform tbh, lumpy and buggy.

They changed their 'loyalty scheme' to some build a world thing that you needed a PHD to understand. Still don't.

Another casino that made absolutely no effort to even remind players they still existed, let alone deposit: hadn't had an email from them etc since the registration one.

Tried to take my balance out but won't allow me to as not totally rolled over my deposit. No email addresses work. suggestions anyone?

If that's the case then they should allow you access to withdraw funds - as play is no longer possible, then presumably bets will be voided and the deposit reset for you to withdraw. That's what should happen.

I've been unable to withdraw my funds from here so far. It wouldn't let me withdraw when the site was still open (saying I hadn't rolled the deposit over even though I had) so I contacted support. They said they wanted a bank statement so they could see full IBAN. I provided the BIC and IBAN but they still wanted to see a bank statement. I don't feel like I should need to provide that for a couple of hundred pounds when they are bloody closing and forcing me to withdraw. Shameful behaviour really
