Please read this WARNING I received from VBucks.

Hello,
You are receiving this email because you had placed a credit card transaction using VBucks.Com or CDLock.Com as a payment gateway for Virtual Casinos (aka 1Casino.Net).
We have been informed that Virtual Casinos has not issued payments, and/or credits to their players. It has also been brought to our attention that in an attempt to capitalize on funds not paid, you may receive a notice and/or phone call from Virtual Casinos requesting that you charge back these transactions. Please let me inform you, THIS IS ILLEGAL. Virtual Casinos is now attempting to defraud the bank and their players. If you assist them by charging back a transaction, you are assiting in fraud and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
If you did not receive funds into your account that you paid for, and did not receive satisfactory assistance from Virtual Casinos then please contact us immediately and we will initiate investigations per your transaction(s). You may need to fax proof of the transaction to us in the form of a paid credit card statement.
Please note, Virtual Casinos had also previously used EZPay to process these transactions. We are not EZYPay. If you were charged by EZPay then you will need to contact them yourself.
To contact us via email please send all correspondence to support@vbucks.com.
You may wish to fax us directly at 954.351.9510.
We thank you for your patronage and assistance regarding this matter.

Yes, I noticed that my credit card was not working. They had to manually do the transaction because they "were in the process of getting new system". The VBucks were then introduced. I used them and noticed a debit out of my bank account, but no credit to my casino account. I called them and they did credit my account, but my deposit was minor. I also noticed that their 888 fax number is no longer in service and that it's very hard to get through to them. I will never play there again. I think they are on their way out.

This is the email I received from Virtual. I don't buy it. Their toll free fax number is not in service, you can't reach them half the time and there's problems depositing fund into the casino account.

PS - I did forward the VBucks email to OPA, but I have yet to hear back from them.

Dear Virtual Casino Player,

It has come to our attention that you may have received an alarming e-mail from VBucks, if you did not, please disregard this notice. You should know that as a Virtual Casino player your account is safe and that we have severed all working relations with VBucks. In addition, we utilize several credit card processors with EZ Pay, a reputable company, as our primary processor. Please be assured that we have not experienced any problems at anytime that we have been working with EZ Pay or any other processor.

As a Virtual Casino player, you know that you always receive your payments in a timely and prompt manner, as well, everyone in the industry is aware that Virtual Casino has an impeccable payout record. It has come to our attention, unfortunately late, that VBucks as a processor has stolen funds from several other casinos, seven that we are aware of, and has refused to pay many clients. We are fortunate in that our relationship with this fraudster has been short lived and that these practices became known to us very early (two months) into the relationship.

As a Virtual Casino player, your relationship is directly with us and the responsibility for your payouts and deposits ultimately rests with us alone. As you well know, we utilize the services of several credit card processors and would like to stress that we have never experienced problems with any of them other than VBucks.

We regret any inconvenience that might have been caused by the provocative nature of our former processor. Please continue enjoying the great benefits that our casino has to offer and shall continue to bring to you as it always has.

For those of you who are VBucks customers, we will be contacting you individually to decide how your payouts, if applicable, will be handled. You may call our Customer Service toll free at 1-866-968-7946 or 1-888-527-2982 or e-mail them at support@casinosupportcenter.com for further details.

Sincerely,

Virtual Casino}

I don't know, but I'll share this with you. I received an email yesterday saying that I have a free chip waiting for me with no deposit. The email didn't ID the casino. When I called, it was Virtual. The guy tried to brow beat me into getting my bank to reverse the charges. He claims that VBucks stole $750K from them and that they did it to several other Costa Rica Casinos. I told him that even if it was true, a) it wasn't my problem and b) I will not try to get my bank to reverse my charges since they were actaully debited from my bank account and then credited to my casino account. He was high pressure and then he ended the conversations with "you're very honest". I don't get how this pertained to the conversation unless what he was asking is actually illegal. No matter what, I'll never play there again. Who needs this type of headache when there are hundreds of other casinos?

With regards to your question, I'd call those casinos and ask them if they've had problems. If Virtual is telling the truth, then those other casinos might be having the same problem. I've attached the two other emails I received from Virtual.

Hi Helen,

Most of the people who are involved with the OPA are in Toronto right now for the Global Interactive Gaming Summit and Expo. Everyone (most everyone) will be back and in full swing by next Monday, and I can look into this as well. (I'm in an Internet cafe doing one of my sporadic email/forum checks.)

This is my first post on this Forum. This issue having to do with "VITUAL" casinos is directly tied into a huge mess that I emailed "admin" about this morning.

Don't be fooled with the name "VIRTUAL" casino, this is none other than SCORE SPORTSBOOK et al. The phone numbers and customer service email address match perfectly. Stay away from these thieves at all costs.

CIPHER

Thanks Cipher, and welcome to the forum...

Looking forward to checking my email when I get back...all 50 gajillion messages :D

Folks, I haven't had anything but a good experience with Virtual Casino. I haven't won big or lost big for that matter, but the site runs well and the games seem very fair. I realize things can change but this has made be a bit concerned about a site I rank pretty high on my list of places to play

It is great to hear that someone has something good to say about Virtual Casino. But from my own personal experience of having $10,000.00 stolen by Score Sportsbook / Virtual Casino, I cannot imagine that your satisfaction with this group will be long lived.

Allzfair, you should be concerned about this site. There are too many other casinos with solid reputations to chance getting paid by these people.

Looks like Virtual Casino has spawned another casino. I keep getting emails to come to PartyCity Casino promising 200% & 300% bonuses (depending on which spam they sent that day). When I click on the link to the casino and read their bonus terms & conditions (located here:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
) the refer to themselves throughout the rules as Virtual Casino. Here's a copy of the first paragraph:

Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, share or lose his account number and/or password Virtual Casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.

So they either are Virtual Casino with a different name or they simply stole the terms and conditions from VC's website and used it on their own.

Just as a follow up to jpm party city has been running a while now but two mornings ago i got an email from "sword casino" offering 500% deposit bonus (deposit 10 and get 50) after clicking on the link it was another virtual casino but only actually offered 150% deposit bonus, emailed them to ask which it was, never did get an answer.
I don't play virtual because of too many bad experiences i've read about, thanks to places like this and MC0.
Good luck all.

Add another Virtual Casino spam to the list. I received an email with the heading - $200 free bonus. The email did not identify who the casino was. The email went on listing more bonus money for the amount of your deposit. So I click on the banner to see what casino it was. VIRTUAL CASINO. Their promotion stated that they have the highest percentage of payouts on the net and showed the payout rate on each of their games.Virtual is getting smart. They are sending SPAM emails about big promotions AT AN UNNAMED }}CASINO without giving their name. You only find out when you click to go to the site and there it is VIRTUAL CASINO. Like everyone else, pass the word, check the emails carefully and by all means, Do Not Play There. (unless they are giving away free money to join. I have joined everytime I would get an email for a free 25.00 for playing and it has been over eight casinos that turn out to be virtual casinos that I have played and receive the 25.00 The latest free Virtual casino that gave away 25.00 was JUST WIN. But I have never won anything but it was good practice for playing video poker) I know some might say this is bonus abuse, but what the HELL. They wrote to me to sign up for the free promotion and I took every advantage. They screw us why not screw them. When will Virtual ever stop with this madness.

Yet another Virtual Casino permutation for all of you to watch out for, this one is called "Dreams Casino" and I just got my first spam from them today.

It's getting to the stage where we perhaps need a consolidated list of all the "aliases" of this Virtual Casino outfit...

I agree. I'm getting these spam mails as well and I have also issued them a warning. No response yet, should I be surprised?

Perhaps list it in the detectives section and we can go from there. It's getting a bit out of hand IMHO.

Just receive my spam email to join Dream Casino. What's questable is I could not find Virtual Casino anywhere on the site. But maybe I missed something. This casino has a brand new look and different games than what Virtual Casino has.The games are also different and they look preety good, highly unusual for Virtual. It is a no download casino and I almost joined. But unlike the othet Virtual casino's, they are not offering any free money. Are we sure that this is Virtual in disquise? I just couldn't find anything that would link them to Virtual. Could someone please tell me how do we know for sure thai is another 'Virtual Casino? The site looks pretty good and I was considering play there until I though about this casino being affiliated with Virtual. Then by all means I will stay away. Thanks for keeping us informed.
