A Virtual Casino rebranding of the Warren Cloud casino group

Monday, July 21, 2008 A Virtual Casino rebranding of the Warren Cloud casino group

A new set of Real Time Gaming casinos has recently appeared:

Planet 7 Casino
Goldstream Casino
Pharaohs Gold Casino
Lucky Palm Casino
Catseye Casino
Ringmaster Casino
Royal Ace Casino
Captain Jack Casino

However, these casinos are not new at all; they are, in fact, the casinos of the Crystal Palace group, under the ownership of the now deceased Warren Cloud, renamed by the new owner. To add further intrigue, that new owner is the Virtual Casino group, an older and, if anything, worse lot than the former Warren Cloud stable - see the Casinomeister Virtual group rogue listing.

I established the Warren Cloud connection after downloading one of the casinos, Royal Ace, and finding login details already in place, suggesting I'd played at this casino before - which would be impossible as the casino is new. I had the following chat with a customer service rep, which established the relationship with the now defunct High Rollers' Lounge, one of the former Cloud stable:

Me: Hello
Rep: How may i help you?
Me: I downloaded the software and it came up as saying I already have an account, but I've never played here before. I don't want to register a new account as it'll land me in difficulties, but I don't understand what's happened. Do you have any idea?
Rep: please provide me with your username
Me: xxx
Rep: xxx?
Me: yup
Me: ???
Me: OK, but why did this casino bring up my old username?
Rep: yes because maybe you had one with HighRoller casino.

The other casinos in the group were established by a poster at Casinomeister, who correctly guessed the Warren Cloud connection.

The relationship with the Virtual Casino group was established by another Casinomeister poster, who had the following chat; she also confirmed the Cloud connection in the process:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with Danielle.
Susan xxxxxxx: Hello. I don't remember playing at Catseye but seem to have an account.
Susan xxxxxxx: Did this casino used to have another name?
Danielle: yes
Danielle: it was Power Bet Casino
Susan xxxxxxx: Is it part of Virtual casino group?
Danielle: yes
Susan xxxxxxx: Thank you very much.
Danielle: welcome

So, the old Warren Cloud casinos have now been taken over and re-branded by Virtual; somewhat ironically, this effectively merges into one group the two biggest and worst RTG groups in existence.

As a reminder, here are the eight old Warren Cloud / new Virtual casinos once more:

Planet 7 Casino
Gold Stream Casino
Pharaohs Gold Casino
Lucky Palm Casino
Cats Eye Casino
Ringmaster Casino
Royal Ace Casino
Captain Jack Casino

I dont recall seeing this in casinomeister. I must of missed it

Babs, good of you to bring this up..........yes, it has been floating around the forum for a few months. CM was alerted to it and has not been convinced it is really owned now by Virtual.........at least not before his hiatus (which surely occupies his time and is completely understandable).

Warren Cloud (aka Oliver Curran) lives on he now goes by Anthony.

That would not surprise me at all as I have already speculated several times regarding his death being faked in a last ditch attempt to start over and even possibly throw off the trail, his adversaries, who were vehemently after his a** for quite some time regarding past debt he owed them (his shadow creditors). If the truth be told he was and most likely still is the past and present owner of both the Crystal Palace and Virtual Group of casinos...;)

It'd be interesting to see what the APCW / GW has to say about this, but of course they won't be posting here...

How about it, APCW, if they have nothing to hide and plan on paying players, then why'd good ol' Ollie fake his own death then re-brand all of their casinos? Even if he really is dead, why the re-brand? Inquiring minds want to know.

Also, I'm sure it's easy to pay a doctor off in CR to fill out a death certificate, so how about some HARD EVIDENCE?

So, Planet 7 is out ?? Such a nice bonus offer today for me to come back, too...;)

This one was American Grand and I played there for a LONG time before I found this site..then quit playing there.

The Four Roses (?) casino was one of my VERY first RTG's I played at and alway got paid..then American grand..geez , I think I played the whole kit and kaboodle for a while...

I don't doubt there is an association.
GW says it promotes:
Cirrus Casino
Cool Cat
Club Player
Palace of Chance
Wild Vegas
Bingo Knights

We were initially told there was no association with the "new" GW and Virtual.

My audit account received cross marketing emails from:
Virtual Casino and Prism Casino

After that they admitted a connection.

My communication with GW covers the casino audits and following up with player/affiliate issues (some have been resolved and some have not).

bigwin thinks The APCW has some inside track on how they work and who is really dead. That is not the case and it is silly to think so.

If you want I question asked - I have no problem asking.
I can't promise I will get an answer. I can't promise anything when it comes to others peoples actions. When it comes trying to recover money that is rightfully owed, I will ask. I will not defend their poor decisions and actions.

Not once did I ever say the APCW knew how they work, or even suggest that you knew if whats his face was really dead or not. I did allude to the fact that he may or may not be dead, but not once did I even bring APCW into that discussion. Get your facts straight, bub.

What it all boils down to is the fact that they pulled the wool over your eyes and you fell for it, hook, line and sinker. Case closed. Let's move on.

Agreed. But Warren Cloud (aka Oliver Curran aka Don Fortune) passed away on his boat in the Mediterranean.
Sources say he was travelling off the coast of Ibiza Spain when he had a massive heart attack.

Cheers
