Announcement Virtual and Aces Revenue in the Reservation

Hi Chayton,

Here is the link to the t&c - nothing which refers to other casinos being in a group.

hmmm Yeah I don't see anything either. Have you sent a message to Tawni to see if she could clarify what their policy is? I know it's a long shot, but is it possible that the chat person saw that your last transaction way back whenever was a free chip and that's what they were talking about? lol I don't know if they keep records that long but who knows...?

I'm not a fan of these casinos and I'm not making excuses for them, I'm just curious to know what exactly happened. IF the 2 in a row chip thing is across ALL their brands, then they really should have that in their T&Cs PLUS show who the other casinos in the group are. Captain Jack especially has hidden their affiliation with other casinos pretty well, so how on earth is anyone to know who they're related to or whether the free chips they're mailing out are ok to use?

But IF the chat rep meant that you took a free chip 10 years ago and then took another one at the same casino without depositing in between, then that's something completely different. Does that make sense?

Makes complete sense (to us) but is it worth the hassle to fix it? Pobeda is saying no, no way!:D

If I am not mistaken they award you a free chip equivalent to the size of your previous lost deposit. This sets off the 30-day withdrawal rule though I cannot really understand how they can cope if the RTP is set at 95%. Surely they should have lost their shirts with the handing out of these free chips.

I've been away from anything Virtual for so long I don't know about those types of free chips, Chu. When I played at Planet 7 a few days ago there is no way the RTP was set at 95%. More like 80% :D

Around 3=4 years ago Marty Davis was brought in to clean up their act and I must say I was impressed. He was armed with a huge war chest and he paid many players he felt were in the right and were hard done by Virtual. I playfully toyed with him on a $20 withdrawal Prism owed me many years ago. I was thinking to myself: That $20 was what they should have paid me but as I lost it after they reversed it to my account there was no legitimate claim. He knew I was a member of this forum yet did not succumb to my demand. I felt great about that and requested to reopen my accounts at Cool Cat and POC. I tried them out with several $30 deposits and whenever I lost I requested a free chip and they credited it to me immediately. Whenever I was able to make cashouts it was the mandatory 30+30 days and to be fair they did honour the withdrawals. I noticed, however, that cashouts reaching 4-figure amounts or more continue to be stalled and when Marty left them I was sure they were up to their old tricks so I never deposited with them again. To US players, Virtual is attractive as the bonuses are great, there is always a second chance if you lost and for amounts not exceeding $1000 they paid after 60 days. We all know RTG can kill so we cant blame USA players for patronising them. That said, I am not convinced they are reformed. Mart was their best chance but they gave up on him.

Actually I think it is - if they're holding people to one free chip across the casinos in the group then it needs to say so in the terms. If it's that your last transaction at the casino (however long ago) was a free chip then their terms are ok. I just think it should be clarified for players who DO still play there. Wouldn't hurt just to contact Tawni and see which it is.

I did PM Tawni and asked for her assistance. The thing is that CaptainJack let's me login and the balance is restored. The problem I originally contacted live chat about is still a problem (game froze during bonus round and will not reload).

Hopefully Tawni can help. Thanks Chayton!

I am an airhead of sorts. Tawni looked into my account and it showed a free chip was redeemed 12/15/14. My bad for not remembering that free chip.

So now we are on to why Triple Twister froze. I'll update as needed so you're not hanging onto your sets waiting for the outcome. :D

To be fair a lot of casino groups do not like players using consecutive free chips throughout their casino groups.

It must also look surprising to them that a player that has been nowhere near their casinos for years suddenly starts redeeming free chips at different casinos in their group.

Must admit I was kind of surprised that knowing how you feel about that group that your accounts were not all closed by you long ago. Good to see you are sort of giving them a bit of a chance tho.

To be fair also, don't send them out if you don't want players using them!

This case looks rather more sinister since it seems the second free chip was sent out BECAUSE the player had redeemed the first one, so this was more than an accidental coincidence, but shows an intent to set traps like this for players by using lures designed specifically to lead the player into breaching the rules relating to their recent activity. I expect the idea is to get the player to download and install the new casino client to claim the free chip and lose, and then be open to deposit offers. There is no real intention to pay up in the unlikely event that the player wins from the second free chip, and therefore does not deposit for some 30 days whilst waiting for the withdrawal.

Here is the final outcome of the "let's give them another chance" free chip parade. :D Actually in many respects, Vinyl nailed it.

Despite the PM to Tawni (who was going to get a tech on the problem) none ever showed up as far as I know. Instead I went back to live chat who wanted to remove the game from my account to clear up the frozen Triple Twister game. Not knowing what that would accomplish, I agreed. Another big mistake. The game froze at the end of the free spins when the win-win bonus would be paid because the feature generated no win/cash.

Some of the newer RTG games have a win-win feature. When you trigger free spins and do not earn any money during the free spins, the feature activates for a 100x bet bonus. Lost the bonus by agreeing to shut down the game ($100 lost).

The other game with the win-win feature is called Loch Ness. I played that one next. Would you believe that game froze during the end of free spins just like Triple Twister?? lost $50 that time. Another trip to live chat was fruitless although I did decline their offer to remove the Loch Ness game, which they did anyway.

Is this all coincidence or pattern?

I'm not trying to defend their free chip policy, but is this free chip stuff really a big deal? I mean, the chances of winning on the free chips are remote and the payoffs are tiny, especially after fees etc are included. I for one completely refuse to play any sort of slots, even free, with a max cashout because I get too tilted if I hit big :(

Second, I have never had a game freeze on RTG and not be able to complete it when I went back or had the right balance applied after the fact. I'm very surprised that the techs can't just find out from RTG what the final balance was, regardless of whether or not one got to see it on the screen. I'm sure they won't cheat you in that manner.

Would be helpful if I could be that sure about not being cheated in that manner. Will I ever play at Virtual/Ace Revenue casinos again? Well no (and that I can be sure of).

I understand your point of view here completely.

I just wish I could get bonuses there again (Tawni, hint hint) and I'd play there in a minute. Payouts may be slow, but I love RTG and I love their bonuses, give me a decent chance to win.

No wonder you don't get any

It's at least no risk I can not get paid for any free bonus there. No people from Sweden are allowed to use them:p
We must be horrible on abusing them. I know I once was, but I got over it and grew up.

I don't feel that I've ever been cheated on a spin but RTG freezes quite a lot. The game just continues to spin and sometimes you'll get the not communicating with Casino message.Being the cynical bastard that I am, I always assume the worst.

I'm so disappointed in the direction this has taken. Suzecat, I emailed our top tech guy to look into this for you, however (unbeknownst to me) he was not available to check into this straight away. In the meantime, you contacted live chat and you have failed to mention in your public post that you've been using a mobile device with IE 11, when Google Chrome is what is recommended. There ARE buggy issues with IE, which is exactly why we have a message that pops up on our mobile platform stating the casino recommends using only Google Chrome.

On our end (myself included), we have played both the Twister AND Loch Ness games on mobile devices, using Chrome with no trouble whatsoever. No one has been able to replicate the issue you are experiencing.

Further, to assert that this is Virtual and/or Ace doing this to in any way hurt the player or that this is some sort of 'pattern' is unreasonable and unfair. If this were the case, why would it be that you are the only player who is suffering with this issue?

At the root of this were the free chips, which you made a mistake on and did not realize you had used two. I messaged you privately on this and believe we have handled this more than fairly. I have sent you another PM, relating to this.

In closing this appears to be an issue that is being created by your mobile device, but to cover all bases, we have sent a ticket over to RTG to check into this further. Because this is an issue that appears to only be affecting one player, I don't see this being something we'll receive a quick response on, so please be patient.

Thank you Tawni for your post.

The Surface is the only device I use. It performs without fail at every accredited casino I play - no freeze ups, no games not loading, no problems whatsoever!

I prefer IE11; chrome cannot be installed on Microsoft Surface as I have previously told the many CS Reps I have live chatted with the past week trying to play the free chip emailed to me.

The only tech I chatted with (who identified himself as the manager of Captain Jack) said the reason I was having trouble had to do with using multiple free chips. I thought about that statement and wondered how a game could possibly know that and then decide to malfunction as a result? So the win-win feature has the ability to work (or not work) based on the type of deposit used? If this is true, it is incredible!

Thank you for the $100 into my casino account. Knowing that it may take months to receive a check that may (or may not) clear my bank, I will pass. I'll stick with the accredited casinos who will pay anything I win directly to my bank account in less than a week. I highly recommend this because if I can deposit by debit card, then why shouldn't I withdraw back to the same debit card?

Best of luck to you.

On behalf of one AceRevenue VIP player, thanks for staying connected here at CM and trying to work out issues with our members. I realize you probably can't work everything out, but appreciate you trying. My VIP host has done a great job and whenever something strange has happened, RTG ticket has been opened and issue usually resolved (or explained) within a few days.

I've not seen any freezing in all the years at RTG but I have seen where a spin will just spin endlessly and no choice but to exit out. That's an RTG/server communication issue NOT an AceRevenue problem -- unless, of course, the issue is with inadequate IT infrastructure. But I can say that at SilverOak, RoyalAce and Planet7, the performance has been twice as good as I saw early last year. Far less issues. Oh and while I do hope payouts can be faster, they all have come without issues.

Hopefully things will keep getting better and as far as free chips, I think for regular and even VIP players, it's always best to judge the "intent" of the player. If the person is a chip abuser that is one thing, but if I make 100 different deposits and suddenly take a free chip and then a week later after not playing a VIP host grants me another chip, then that should not count as back-2-back chips. I'd rather have someone make 100 deposits and take 2 free back2back chips then someone who takes a free chip, makes a tiny deposit and then takes 1 more free chip and then walks away.

I'm all about loyalty to my casinos and as long as they are "fair" and take care of technical/strange happenings when they occur in a reasonable manner, I'll remain loyal.

We all have our preferences but I defintely (personally) feel AceRevenue is much better than the Virtual of old and I see the improvements across the board. I hope they are accredited here by end of 2015 again.

As for me being a marketing shill for AceRevenue (in case anyone asks) --NOPE. Been here a LONG time... used to be a huge Inetbet fan but they can't spell V-I-P and I had too many lousy sessions at Aladdins Gold/sister casinos.... and Jackpot Capital.. well, they were fine BUT AceRevenue treats me like royalty. You want a true VIP experience - play here with any frequency and you'll see.

Suzecat -- try giving them another chance IF you can avoid the mobile app... and just try using the standard pc download. My 2cents :)

how i found casinomeister... ;-)

I googled at the beginning of last year for slots of vegas and found the comments here about the issues in the past and they will to sort things out and improve the companies.

As all of us have weak points and try to improve which is only human i decided to give it a try.

now i am playing at almost all virtual and still one ace casino regularly. i read the t&c carefully (they are not complicated and especially the no rules match bonus offers are outstanding fair and a generous advantage granted to the player - who is given a real chance to generate decent winnings from that - no evil strings attached like max betsize e.g.)

I already had several cashouts from deposits and freechips. Yes, pending time and processing time takes a bit longer than at some other places - however bonus conditions compensate for that imo.

supporters are very friendly - there is also working a very friendly guy from germany who was very generously giving me freechips in the beginning to help to reach my first cashout.

I am very satisfied and since neteller can be used for money transfers its uncomplicated.

I also like their rep who also takes care about the issues concerning complaints at askgamblers. she seems very much engaged and usually finds smart ways to sort things out.

If you like RTG i can recommend to give this group a try. If its acceptable for you to wait a bit longer for withdrawals you will be very happy with them.

I am. Thank you to Bryan for his openmindedness which led me to give them a try - and also for the other tipps. I have only very good experience with casinos i signed up because of the information i found on this great site.

btw: the win-win feature at triple twister varies - from 2x slotbet to 100x slotbet. if you are on a losing streak that wont save your bankroll. ;-) however since their match bonus is not limited - the next deposit doesnt hurt like hell... just like a little ... clap on the hand... ;-) love the unpredictable extreme high variance of triple twister. can be very thrilling.

withdrawal 4 digits

just a screenshot concerning a recent withdrawal at dreams casino (former cirrus). all smoot, fair and i had the money quicker than i thought. same with clubplayer, prism, silveroak planet7, royal ace, captain jack and of course sov and ruby. the good bonus doesnt always prevent you from busting... however it helps you to get a good chance to hit it nice big.

as we all know - bonus money at rtg is not cashable and therefore it was deducted from my withdrawal. (i read in a complaint at askgamblers that someone wanted that sticky bonus money - thats ridiculous if you know it has no wr...)

I would never play these groups. I am sure the casino appreciates your kind comments.

How do u deposit, take a 350% bonus, and then cashout 7 minutes later :what: How does that happen with the significant playthrough attached to this large bonus?

What's even funnier is it takes 16 days to approve withdrawal, that still means it's going to take more time for them to send it. I thought this whole recommended thing was because they were speeding up the process.

well spotted BMWSTACK...... astonishing fast wagering and just as astonishing slow approval of the withdrawal :what:  :D

Well he said they had "No Rules" bonuses - so I guess that means no WR too!
Bet big, win and cash-out. The only rule would be the Phantom bonus being removed.

If this is true, then I would think it is well worth waiting for your cash-outs in exchange for such generous bonuses.
The only worrying thing, is how can the casino make money if the offers really are that good... ?

Well we all know how they managed in the past...the right question is, how are they doing it now? :p
