Hi, I am looking to find a talented company (or individuals) that has developed industry standard casino software which has not yet been used commercially/launched/licensed to any online casino operators.

Please e-mail me at jayne@malhi.net if you have any leads....

Jayne, please be aware that you have to be very careful in this field if you are thinking of starting an online casino with unknown or unproven gambling software - there are all sorts of thieves and vagabonds out there with dud products that will make success difficult to say the least.

There are several established software providers at the top of the industry who may be more expensive, but will cause you way less heartache.

Hi Jetset,

thanks for your advice. I am aware that this may be the case and will be extremely vigilant when approaching such software providers.

My issue is that I am representing a client that is an established company/brand who are in the process of diversifying their prodct lines- online casino being one of their ideas. Due to a number of restrictions and consraints they are not able to utilise software that is currently being, or has been used to supposrt US wagering.

I have some leads from companies that have proven software currently licensed to various casinos but not targeted at the US market. Ideally however, my client would like to get hold of virgin software and bring it in house. If we were fortunate enough to get hold of code that has not yet been used commercially but had undergone and successfully completed independent auditing, then even better.

However the liklihood of us finding such a company is slim. Therefore I am willing to explore companies and/or individuals who have virgin software and code ready and available to go through the auditing process with us.

I hope that clarifies what I am looking for... any ideas??

Hi Jayne,

Welcome to the forum.

The only established software provider that I know of that doesn't take US players is Grand Virtual

but this was a couple of years ago...things may be different now.

Virgin software? Good luck! That's a challenge, and it sounds intriguing - especially if you are focusing primarily on the European market.

You want to take a look at www.wagerworks.com

They are based in the US, run by Steve Wynn's nephew Andrew Pascal. They provide the software for www.hardrockcasino.com

They have never provided software to an unregulated casino, or any casino taking wagers from the US.

Another company that has never supplied a casino that taken wagers from the US is Access Systems. I am not as impressed with their software as I am with the Wagerworks suite.

Hi, I am currently intersted in some virgin software that Outdated URL (Invalid) has for sale. I spoke to a guy named Scott and he was filling me in with the details on the software. Basically he told me that the software is pretty great but it has not been licensed by the gaming commision yet. They are looking for 10 people that are interested in investing $5,000.00 each so that they can come up with the 50K needed to license it. He said in turn for investing the 5K, that they would set you up with a complete working site with hosting but I would have to pay for my gaming license. Supposidly they have their servers on an Indian Reservation in a teepee.. is what he said..He He. Then he said they could handle the License. The 3 different Licenses are listed on their site with prices payable through Paypal.

He told me that Hustler Magazine flew him out to Beverly Hills, Ca and wined and dined him and have allready paid their 5K for the software. Scott said that once 10 people pay the 5k, that they will close the door and start selling turnkey Casino's for a minimum of 50K. Is it possible that he is selling Sub licensing? for 5K and is making it sound like an opportunity of a lifetime?

Im leery, what do you think?

Hustler Games.com is using DCEG-Parlay Entertainment software. This from last week's Casinomeister News:

The name Larry Flynt will be familiar to most as the owner of the international girlie magazine Hustler, and he has added to his considerable portfolio of interests with an online casino branded Hustler Games.com. Bearing in mind the controversial character of Flynt, the site is remarkably ordinary and sedate but it's easy to navigate and carries limited 24/7 Support, a loyalty program, Panamanian licensing and an average Flash and download gambling suite from DCEG - Parlay Entertainment with 7 low value progressives, 5 table games, 12 slots and 10 video poker games. With sort of financial muscle that Flynt can command you would have expected him to go further up the quality ladder to find his gambling software. There are competitions for a free trip to Hustler Club in Paris and a free Hustler magazine CD, and signup bonuses too.

Several things are screwy here.

Why would Hustler buy only part of a site? The risk of getting in trouble and having the physical California cardroom shut down is the same for a piece or all.

DCEG is crap software. It is not "virgin" by any stretch. Hustler isn't goiing to buy/lease/rent to own two software packages from two different companies.

What 'gaming commission'? It's possible to get a license somewhere for less than $50k.

If you want to be a sublicensee with somebody else handling everything and you just do the advertising, there are several companies that will sign you on for free. no $5k necessary. no license necessary.
