Hey all,

Did anyone else yesterday got an e-mail from Virgin with bonus money attached to it?
And it wasn't even a bonus, as when I logged in the balance was withdrawable right away.

Here is the thing, it was quite a massive free bee for €185.00!!:eek:
I have only played there 3 or 4 times since I opened an account last year so no idea why they would treat me with a free €185.00 present.

Anyway it is a decent casino but they have only very limited choice of slots.
If they increase the amount of slots I would probably play here more often.

Anyway played a bit with the money and managed to up my balance to €400.00.
Had a nice hit on €0.40 in Raging Rhino 470x bet and some smaller wins on Netent slots.

Made the withdrawal last night and the monies just arrived in my Skrill.

Seriously,I thought there must be a hook attached to this and was expecting an e-mail from them to say I still had to wager 33x or so. :D

But nopez,got the money.

So for me 2 thumbs up for Virgin Games!!

I got a bonus offer from them a few month ago - 100% deposit match, up to £100 NO Wagering

Snap, I only took £50 of it as I presumed wagering but not even 1x, withdrawable the moment i deposited!

I'll remember for next time lol

As far as customer retention tactics go, I'd say giving players free money is definitely up there

Of course everyone's scrambled to their Virgin accounts.....alas it turns out my custom isn't quite as valued, judging by the 0 perched in my balance.

Might be something to do with not having played there for about four years! :(

Yeah it is weird man..
I deposited only a few times, played the slots I liked and simply stopped playing..
I think I was up about 300 Euro's in those few sessions.
So this €185.00 did not make any sense to me, however I did not ask any questions and took it with thanks! ;)

I know casino's where I would lose 2k and wouldn't even get a free chip, this to put things in perspective.

They sent me a deck of cards in the post a while back, not quite as impressive but free is free. :D

I remember that, I got the same. I think it was when they just revamped their site and I thought it was quite a cool thing. I like these little touches, although I'll be damned if I recall what happened to my deck

Very common for Virgin Games, Sun Bingo to give these freebies. Another thing Virgin offer sometimes is 50% cashback on losses at weekends - no wagering tied to that as well.

Out of fairness, I always wager the money once through before withdrawing which is normally more than the freebie :D

Had an email of them too. Fiver free just the one time wagering. Only ever made one deposit before

Virgin is a rock solid out fit - fast paying usually within a day and really good support but crap selection of slots. It kinda has an outdated feel to it.

I also got last year £190 chip for free at Star spins who are under the same GameSys platform. Asked support what was the wagering they said 5xs

made it easily and withdrew around £300 -
thing is I only ever deposited a hand full of times before then. But no complaints here

Played at virgin last night 50 in 120 out so small withdraw but was cleared to my skrill this morning.
