I've never seen this casino before, but thought the name sounded familiar.
VIP Club Casino used to be a Rival Gaming casino which opened on March 31st, 2010.
However, they never really took off and just seemed to fade away.

Exactly when the Rival version closed and this new "Cozy Games" one opened, I know not. Nor do I know if there in any connection in ownership still.
They are still using the exact same URLs, both for the casino and for the affiliate program.
Looking at Way Back Machine, the switch occurred sometime between June 2013 and June 2014.
I would hope that being licensed in the I.O.M. makes them reputable, but with a totally unknown (to me) software, I would proceed with caution.
