I'd make an big error and deposit my money on vip.com, but they didn't know their own terms & conditions, because in their payout options is written
"Funds will be sent directly to your NETeller account and credited the same day as your request"

But i have made my withdrawal on sunday evening and now it's tuesday evening, but i got no withdrawal!

Why did they write this term in their payout options, when they couldn't make it true?

I had certainly speak with the chat support, but they are not really helpful, because everyone say another things to me.

The one told me, that he will send an email to the financial department, to process my withdrawal and the other one told me, that they won't withdraw my money to my neteller account, because they didn't make any withdrawal to any neteller account at last week and so they have a undergoing maintenance with them!?

I hope, that they will withdraw my money within 1 day, because i'm really very angry about them and i thought, that they are accreddited, but it looks like, that this is a mistake and they have some problems!?
 
They normally pay back to Neteller fast, something is wrong here. Neteller did indeed have serious problems last week, but there was no issue yesterday, and this is when you should have been paid.

There have been other cases of Playtech casinos having their merchant accounts restricted by Neteller, and this has prevented them from always paying players this way. This would be the first case of an RTG being affected by this issue.

These issues that affect non-US players are worrying, they cannot blame UIGEA for this, there must be something else going on that we are not being told, this may be trivial, but equally, could be serious - if they clam up, what are we to think?.

I've also never any problem with them the last weeks/months and i also got yesterday and on sunday a withdrawal from another casino, so i can't understand, what they want to tell me, but i've written them now an email, that they should withdraw my money within 1 day, or otherwise i'll pitch a bitch for them, because it's not fair, when they make this time wasting bullshit!
 
Ok, now it's enough with this god damned casino!

They canceld my withdrawal and now my money ($ 770) is back in my Account Balance, without any information or anything else!

Time to pitch a bitch for these suckers!

Live Chat says to me:

"We couldn't process any funds to Neteller."

But the funny thing on this is, that i only can choose this option!

Okay, now after chatting 40 minutes with this very slowly support, they finally make the submit to moneybookers manually and now i only can hope, that i finally get my money soon on it!

I surely will never again play there, because this casino and their support is really the badest, which i've seen now on any RTG!

But maybe i had even luck, because there are surely more RTGs out there, which are even more bad ;)

Sorry for your frustrations getting your expected Neteller payout, but IMO this is a reputable casino that should be given the benefit of the doubt that there wasn't a problem in this case beyond their control.

As far as you only having one cashout option, you can request that they add more to the cashier screen for you. After Neteller stopped allowing payments to my US account in January, VIP.com added Click2Pay for me as a withdrawal option. Since then I've been able to get same-day payouts to my C2P account without much trouble.
 
Ok, they can certainly have some problems, but i hate it, when i get no response, although my withdrawal was canceled, without any information, ebcause this is not really a good way, to hold their own users!
 
^Point well taken. There should have been better communication with you about solving your payout problem. If you decide to give them a second chance with your business, let them know that you expect better service in these cases.

sure, because they have canceld it self :D

very incompetent, because nobody know, what the other one have done!
