So Villento has this promo going on now that I find a little deceptive, given that they are now accredited.

Basically between Mon-Thur if you wager $2,000-$3,999 on slots you get 20 free spins on Halloweenies.....wager $4,000-$6,999 on slots you get 40 spins, and $7,000+ you get 60 spins.

I was thinking about depositing, but obviously there is a crucial piece of information missing, so on to live chat we go.

Lisa: Hi Chris
chris: hello, I asked a question earlier and the support person I spoke with did not know the answer
chris: and would like to know if you could help me
chris: regarding the value of the free spins on your halloween promo
Lisa: Sure, one moment please
Lisa: Thank you for holding, the free spins would vary for each player depending on how much you wager. We have not been informed by the Promotions Department of the value of however, the free spin amounts range as follows 20, 40 and 60 bonus free spins
chris: is the promotions department there?
chris: I would hate to wager over $2000 on slots and find out I got 20 free spins for .20 each
chris: worth four dollars
Lisa: I see that a previous agent has already sent through an enquiry to the Promotions Department who have not given us feedback as yet however I will just follow up for you.
Lisa: One moment please
Lisa: Thank you for holding, I have contacted our Promotions Department but unfortunately they are unable to provide us at support level with access to that information. At this point, all we are aware of is how much you need to wager to to get the free spins
Lisa: However, it is your choice to make should you wish deposit and wager on this game.
Lisa: It's a chance :)
Lisa: But best of luck to you
chris: Thanks
Lisa: You're most welcome!

Obviously the promotions department knows, but doesn't wish to reveal how cheap the value is.

Oh well, we have seen this song and dance before from MG!

Yes you can bet top dollar that these free spins are on a 1 coin setting, ie 20 cent spins.

IMO this promotion is worth jack squat

LOL, so concidering my luck lately, to wager 2K I need to deposit at least 1K to get $4.- worth of free spins.

Now just see if I can get a loan somewhere...

This clearly falls below the standards expected for an accredited casino, since this is a perfectly valid question, but they are REFUSING to divulge this critical information so that players can make an INFORMED choice as to whether to take part in this promotion or not.

This is worth a PAB, or at least an informal complaint to Max. Casinos must NOT seek to HIDE terms and conditions, and the value of each free spin is CRITICAL information, without which it is impossible to value this promotion given the huge range of possibilities, right from 1c per spin, all the way up to an unlikely $100 per spin.

They clearly have something to hide, and this is probably the fact that this really IS going to be something like 20c per spin.

Some players are bound to wager enough to get some spins even if not directly taking part in this promo, so we WILL find out eventually, and there could be a big storm brewing in November if it seems they have "pulled a stunt" like BelleRock did with a similar promo a while back. You had to deposit & wager to get spins on "Gift Rap". When the spins were awarded, they were ONE line and ONE cent each, and there WAS a storm in the forum, and the promotion gained the nickname "Gift Crap". This also ensured the MGS free spin promotion would forever more be greeted with considerable suspicion by players, which has happened again in this case.

 Holy sh*t! Are you serious?!
Thats really beyond lame!

Now I havent got any free spins from Villento for a year or so, but if I remember right, their freespinpromos used to be max. lines/2 coins per line at 0.01 coinsize.

I agree with you it should be clear in the promo T&C's, now we can only guess what exactly the value is.

I am not a happy camper with these folks at all, IMO I think that is a rediculous wagering requirement, just to get a few free spins, they are not doing me any favors with that promotion. Not worth the hassle,. I will stick with other accredited MG casinos. Good luck to those who choose to play this promo.

If it is a US MG, it is not an accredited casino. Just because the real MG's are accredited, we should not assume the US ones are as well. I have asked a rep from VP about this and the question was ignored. They are content to gleen the Accrediting off the real MG.

Remember, the US MG is an entirely different entity and is not accredited. If I am wrong, someone please correct me.

Also, I was given 10 free spins on CasinoshareUS Avalon recently, won a whole $1.35. The real MG's always awarded the player at least $5 to $8 on such free spins. Certainly wasn't worth re-downloading the casino for $1.35.

So just because Villento Mg is accredited - The Villento Usa version is not. I never knew this and now that I do I gonna close acct. I did not think that they were 2 seperate casinos? Are they? So if we play on USA version we are on are own or is it because its accredited here as Villento that both versions are safe? Not playing again until I know the answer to that question.

Thank you that is something I would never have thought of.

When I first downloaded some of the clones just after the migration, they were identified as Microgamming, now they are identified as Elite something or other, Microgamming is being removed from the info we see.

So I have alerted the mods about this as I too want a more concrete answer, but at this point I would say they are not accredited. When I asked the rep for CasinoshareUS in a recent thread, he only thanked the post, but did not answer it.

Now I have no problem with playing them, if I choose, as I have had a withdrawal from CasinoUS and CasinShareUS, no problems, but if there is an issue, then there may be a problem.

So if they are Gleening off the real MG or are stand alone, we in the US need to know.

Never assume anything. The Villento rep hasn't said a a word about this to me. I am not aware of the US version - so no, don't assume it meets standards of an Accredited casino.

Ha anyone PMd the casino rep about this yet?

As serious as McEnroe at a Wimbledon final:D

I did not bother PMing the rep, as I am not sure how much help they could be. Apparently the only people privy to the value of the free spins are the mysterious promotions department.

Can anyone who is playing the "normal" version of Villento (not the US version) tell us if they are offering this same promo?

Now I get free spins just about every week from their sister site, Rich Reels, and these are always at one coin/penny denomination (and sometimes not all lines). I have no issue with that as they are given to me free. But if I have to wager such a large amount here ($2,000+), I feel the player has a right to know.

Earlier discussion of this conundrum (about USA facing former MG casinos -- who are they now? accredited or not?) can be found HERE

We have yet to have any definitive answer on who owns/runs them... and we don't know whether the original casinos are still related in any way to the USA facing 'former' MG casinos.

Apologies for the slight derail...

The 'worth' of the free spins should be made known to the player... if not specified in T&C for the promotion... at the very least, a general idea of what the player is risking so much money for should be available by contacting support... many players have lost interest in 'pig in a poke' promos.

Talk about the devil...
Just got offered 100 free spins on Tomb Raider - SOTS at Piggs casino.
Free, so no complaining, but still.. only 5 winlines..1 coin.

Problem is, you see all those great wins.. and they do not count.
Like 4 wilds in my case..DAMN, thats not a payline now!:(

Another problem with this slot is that my next Round the World bonus will pay shite, because of 100 spins at 0.05.
I got 4 of the passports.

Oh well, see if I can turn my €5.14 into something nice..:D

OMG that is terrible 100 free spins and a 62 cent win, geez talk about tight as a drum. I am so sorry vinylweatherman :(. I just realised you had to have wagered alot of bucks to get 100 free spins. I wish you the very best of luck in your future play. I am staying clear of them folks, they are way to tight for me :D IMO

Thank you, I have send a pm to Mario, hope he can shed some light on this.

So have you heard back from this Mario person? I see they have not been on the forum since April (when they joined). So I am guessing they are not really that interested in what players have to say.

You would think being a newly accredited casino they would pop in every so often....

Anyhow, I believe the promotion is about over....did anyone win any spins??

Just to let you know, Mario is with Casino Share, I believe that is who Mavin is referring to, and I know that Mario is always around and will answer Mavin ASAP, he is really a reliable Gent and also very busy:). No worries he will be here :D and reply.
Just wanted to let you know, I would never say anything if it were not true.;)

Haven't heard yet, but hopefully he will pop in soon. I pm'd Mario because he is one that has been a bit more attentive than the one from april. Since he is the rep for CasinoShare US, he hopefully will have answers that would clarify things regarding all the US clones, at least that's what I was thinking.

Hi, Funeral. I'm live in the U.K. any i have also received this free spins promo as well.

Just picked this up from another forum:

Free spins are 25 winlines, 1 coin per line, 0.10 coinsize, so $2.50 per spin.

No idea why they had to hide this info, its not bad, now everyone got suspicious..
