Hi,
I think it is wrong and misrepresenting now that you have the free spins value set on 0.00 when you calculate the RTP.
Because of this tactic, when you play free spins the RTP will always show as 0% (???) and if you continue playing your fs winnings at the same slot until bust the RTP will always show 100%.
For example, if I have 100 free spins, 0.10 each on BoD (total value 10.00), I play them and I win 7.45, my RTP for this season will be 7.45/10.00 or 74.50%. Instead you show 0.00%. Then if I continue playing on BoD until I lose the 7.45 you will show RTP of 100% for this season, no matter if I did 75 spins or 100 billion spins!
I know you do this because you consider not the value of the spin (when you calculate the RTP) but the cost of the spin for the player. There are arguments against that too, but I am not going to get there. The RTP is about the game, it is to show how the game pays, if it is “hot” or “cold” and things like that. Therefore you should always use the value of the spin. If you don’t use the value of the spin then you misrepresent not only the play with free spins, but also the play with real money.
If you want us to know the amount of free spins or the value of them or the money won from them, just put the number over there, in a big box with big letters if you want. Don’t misrepresent the RTP by having the free spins value set on 0.00.
