Videoslots new T&C

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
Got the same and came here to ask questions, 1st whoa whoa whoa what is this horrible 40x wagering talk.

Can I still stream videoslots? Will I still get withdrawals quickly? Is everything the same for us players? If yes to all, Then I don't care.:p

All is the same...I asked CS and was told they updated t&c for affiliate reasons..

Free spins, money from cashback, money casino race still wager free....and yes I m gonna go out on limb here and say you will be able to stream VS and get those quick cashouts! Lol

I cant understand why a 40x WR on free spins is mentioned if its not true

Maybe because of this paragraph

4.10 Free Spins

4.10.1 All winnings from free spins will be transferred to your bonus balance. The bonus balance needs to be wagered 40 times in the same game as free spins was given in within 7 days before you are eligible to make any cash-outs of the bonus or winnings. If you would like to request a withdrawal or play another game before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, Videoslots.com will deduct the whole bonus amount as well as any winnings before approving any withdrawal or change of game.

Don't know if it was there in the previous version.

Hi all,

We updated our T&C under the following paragraphs: 1.4, 1.4.4, 2.12 because we have moved our affiliate section to partner.videoslots.com.

Thanks Dan..... 2 things though:

- You go through all the hoops to program an info pop-up and it would take only one more line of code to add exactly your sentence from above at the top, so people can look quickly through those paragraphs without having to guess which T&C's have actually changed.

- What is the paragragh 4.10.1 valid for?

Hi Harry,

This is for our welcome freespins that have wager requirement or any freespins that have wager requirement, but most of all our rewards are wagerfree.

Thank you for great feedback and I hope you will have a great day! :)

And this:

"4.10.5 Every non-deposit free spin, is limited to a € 20 cashout, if not specifically specified. A non-deposit free spin is a free bonus that doesn't require a deposit in order to be activated"

When I first read the new T&C I thought the same...this is why I posted ...then I asked CS...and they cleared up....everything is the same except for affiliates section as Dan also stated here...

...however...those paragraphs are confusing (or maybe we are all reading it wrong)cuz they do not specify free spins from sign up nor bonus from sign up....

It's one thing having a new set of T&Cs thrust upon me each time I log on but one casino ought to take the lead and highlight key changes made, as we all know nobody actually reads the updates, certainly not lowrollers or those that rely on a reputable outfit not to attempt blindsiding them!

As Harry already said, far easier to just show changes made to the existing terms in a clear and concise manner rather than greet the player with a block of text and expecting them to trawl through 'em with a magnifying glass.

But I suspect casinos know that nobody can be bothered to proofread the terms every time and it won't be long before it catches some unsuspecting players out.

Sorry but I just flicked by the post and not read much,

As I am annoyed about sites updating terms all the bloody time, Not only that but do not tell us whats changed, If its something to do with affiliates than why bother, isnt that a different kettle of fish,

Like the boss said there is a thread for updated terms for reps to use, I was looking at it yesterday,

Just a few sites I log into the other day and check out the updates on the screen shots, Its becoming a joke, The screen shots are just a few from the last few days,

So what are the changes, i havent had an email telling me of any and im an affiliate? If its only on the affiliate side then why are non affiliates being told they have changed?

2.12 Videoslots is committed to its anti-money laundering policy and bound by all laws and regulations which apply to it. Accordingly, Videoslots prohibits transfers between player accounts, and prohibits players depositing from one medium and attempting withdrawals to another. These events are tackled with great suspicious and can be reported to the authorities. These events as well as any other suspicious transactions will be reported to the authorities.

So has that changed as it used to be you had to withdraw to your most used payment method, not the last used payment method. Think you might be reporting a lot of people seeing as you haven't actually told anyone and I'll bet 99% of customers don't have a clue whats changed.
What authorities in the UK would you report a £20 withdrawal to Skrill to if they had deposited using a debit card?
The grammar is awful too, do you not have any native english speakers to proof read, especially important parts like terms and conditions?

These events are tackled with great suspicious and can be reported to the authorities. These events as well as any other suspicious transactions will be reported to the authorities.

could be something along the lines of

This could be perceived as suspicious behavior and we reserve the right to pass details to the authorities if necessary.

which makes more sense and also reads better.

Hi all,

The only chang we did were that we separeted affiliates from Videoslots.com to partner.videoslots.com. So we had to update our T & C since the player accounts are not linked to the affiliate account in the same way anymore.

We are super excited about the new affiliate page and we hope that all our affiliate will enjoy it.

So everything will continue as normal on our site and we have changed anything else in our T & C except that part.

Daniel

Why do the T&C's say withdrawals have to be made to the same method the deposit was made when that isn't the case? Or has it changed recently?

I original thought what has the affiliation got to do with players accounts?

But than I come to relise you had the affiliation is linked to accounts, So I now know why you had to inform us, I have not looked at how it works now but I will do

Hi Colin,

We haven't changed anything regarding withdrawal methods in our T&C it is still that you can only withdrawal money with the method you have deposited the largest total sum with, or by using bank wire. :)

Br,
Daniel.
