Hi all hope all spinning well,

Just got a email of VS and had 100% bonus, Due to the fact that it comes in 10% inrements I ask support if I withdraw will it have any affects on bonus, I was told no, You can with draw and winnings any time but you lose the bonus,

Well I will add screen shots & wait a response, Not good enought if you ask me if you canot withdraw, It wouldnt really bother me if they added the bonus first but as it comes in 10% its out of order

Oh and 200 max cash out?

I went to test withdraw option and this is what said :::

Since you are in an active bonus qualification, the maximum cash out is equal to your deposit. According to our Terms & Conditions your funds will be fully released for withdrawal when you are 100% qualified. If you complete this withdrawal, any winnings and remaining bonus money will be forfeited. If you cancel this withdrawal your money will be sent back to your gaming account.

As for the issue I can see what you mean from the live chat now I look closely. Obviously they say one thing and cashier says another which shouldn't be, however I have faith in Lucas and VideoSlots to do the right thing as they seem A+ rep and A+ casino. You should pm him I think.

Lucas is a good man, But I have had it with constant lies from 1 person to another, Not just this site but was told many times by many reps, that cs have been spoken to, Could of folled me, I do not mind wager on a bonus but the fact is give me it and not 10% increments, and restrict your play

I ask help b4 I deposit, I no how bonus work and do take them up, but rarly on VS, just normally cash depos on there, Once received email I ask and was lied to, It is harsh to say lied to but its there, I made sure of that b4 bonus took out, as If I had a bad run only 10% would of been released and could of easily lost, and what about the other 90% plus I had restrictions,

Also looks like there cs have no faith ib casinomeister as I put in a link to show pictures, I nether mention any sites when speaking to cs but wanted to show what the other person in vs told me, Any this is there response

I think that "The max pay out is €200" refers to the maximum matchup of their 100% welcome bonus, i.e. deposit €200 you get €200 bonus, deposit €300 you still only get €200 bonus. Really confusing wording from the CS though.

You coluld be right there, but should be worded right, max bonus would of been better,
 
I am now playing this bonus myself. It is an excellent bonus, it effectively increases the RTP on any slot by 5 % (after wagering 200 USD, 10 USD is converted from bonus to cash, i.e. 5 %).

I would not call it lying - there was no evil intention, i.e. it was an honest mistake on the part of the customer support. It should not happen but - Videoslots is such a good casino that their good system prevailed - when you went to withdrawal, the system showed you the correct information and stopped you from having your winnings forfeited.

Thats the whole point, You want to be able to withdraw winnings. Also its not an honest mistake, Its constant from all sites, telling you diffrent rules,

I do not know the exact math, but I think if a player were to be able to withdraw winnings while playing with a bonus, the wagering requirements would have to be much higher in order for the casino not to go bankrupt. Even with these terms, this bonus is +EV, unless I am mistaken, and that is really rare nowadays.

You are correct, you have received incorrect information from one of our CS.

In order to take out your winnings and the bonus, you need to complete the wagering requirement.

You can however cash out your deposit amount whenever you want, this will then forfeit the bonus with any winnings that might have occurred. However a warning message is prompted before you would be able to do so.

There is no max-payout on deposit bonuses. Only a max bonus.

If you made a cash-out and your winnings was removed, we will of course re-pay you for this genuine mistake from our side.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and you can rest your mind assured that we will be dealing with our customer support for not providing the correct information, so that this will not repeat itself.

If someone did the same for me, I may have not been banned. So yes, I honestly did.

As for how I deal with, or feel about past attacks on me, well sorry, but you don't get to decide how I should do so. Much like I have no right or reason to advise you on how to deal with past traumatic experiences that may have affected you.

It may also be helpful to learn how to take some comments with a pinch of salt, or sense when something may be said with tongue in cheek. ;-)

Lucky I did not deposit b4 I ask Qs, Only when told that bonus will not be affected I made a deposit only to realise that it will be affected, Screen shots say it all, Which is wrong, I can point to a few threads where we have been told cs have been spoken to, (about what? how many sugers in cuppa)

I asked you politely to stop the targeted bullying. My mistake last time as pointed out by max, was that I should have reported the offensive comments before reacting in the inappropriate way I did. I won't make the same mistake regardless of how hard you continue to provoke me.

I thought this was a fourm to help people out? If a bad word is said than ignore it, B4 any 1 calls me a (keyboard worrier) than NO, I only speak truth & when signed up to site I thought that what its about,

I rarly go other fourms when comes to sites but when do a serch some do come up, and theres bad words abot CM, I ignor that and still here,

A bit disappointed that it was confirmed spintee was given the wrong information but he wasn't allowed to withdraw and cancel the rest of the bonus like he thought he could do when he deposited. I realise rules are rules but the casino did tell him he could do this here before getting the deposit out of him so I for one think he should have been allowed to this time as an exception.

Come on mate! You should let bygones be bygones, not bring that old Videoslots bickering/nonsense back into this thread too, no matter how you dress it up. Spintee has a 100% legitimate complaint because the CS agent contradicted the terms he was playing under. As for not attacking accredited sites remember it was my good self that got Monaco Aces suspended from their accreditation when I reported to Bryan they had no RG facilities in place. Please also look at the cr*p I/we gave bet-at (probably my favourite site) over their badly-prepared sister site SlottyVegas. (see the Slotty Vegas thread.)

To say we won't harangue an accredited site and point out their mistakes is not only incorrect but also paints us as a load of a$$lickers. I (and many others on here) will call foul, no matter who plays it. :cool:

It's also a good sign whenever we see a Casino online rep reply so speedily to a thread like this openly admitting a mistake made by customer service and seeing that something is done about it.

That for me is a sign of a good and forthright accredited casino.

Dealing with your cs rep is not going to help the player.

I suggest letting him/her cash out and move on.

Videoslots made a mistake. U admitted that. Then you should be liable for this. Not post to the player on how you are going to make things better for other players. He is not interested in your advertising and marketing responses to make videoslots more efficient.

I did play the cash out and manage to make a litle and than withdraw, The point is due to the bonus misinformation I could not deposit on another site to get bonus as used up my cash,

If was told the correct info at the time I would of deposit else were to get a worth while bonus,

Also its not the 1st time misinformation has been given out, Just if cs was as good as Lucas
