Help, 7.3.2023 game chrashed. I win and got 30 battle freespins in bloodhunters and when half was played game chrashed. Now i cant open game, and customer servic3 is still searching fault. What can i do? It has been 1 month and still No solution.

0.0 experience with Leander games, so no clue about their response times, complexity of the error etc. In general when a game round is really stuck it needs to be cleared by the provider. Often they can actually see the outcome. Casinos receive that information and then its up to the casino. On our end I always credit the potential win to the customer.

I've had a round once that required about 1.5 month to be cleared, but in general its a matter of days here.

Just keep reaching out to support for an update, or ask @Team.Videoslots if they can look in to it for you?

The game has most likely stuck round that needs to be released by the game provider.

same think happen to me yesterday I was on second spin in bonus VS shout down their casino for update, when I got back I try to play my bonus all I got Server Error , I try to report to @Team.Videoslots they told me go to live chat, live chat try to end his chat 2-3 times by using same tricks they use clear cookies and catch lol but I all read did that before I join chat they keep tell me try agin lol I know they will ask me to do it, after 20-30min in chat he agreed to report it on provider, still waiting to get fixed

Leander are absolutely fucking atrocious for these so-called unrecoverable errors on the slots on their platform. I've seen it numerous times. It must cause endless grief for online casinos trying to get the game provider to manually terminate the game round, and hugely inconvenient for players. I wish they would get it sorted...
