I'd like to post a warning for anyone using Instadebit to deposit at Videoslots. About 6 weeks ago, I made a deposit using Instadebit at Videoslots. The funds were successfully transferred to Videoslots but they never appeared in my casino account. I contacted Instadebit and they confirmed that the funds were indeed transferred. I contacted Videoslots Customer Service through chat and they said they would forward the issue to their Payments dept. I heard nothing from them for 2 weeks and my inquiries were basically ignored. I contacted the Videoslots rep here, and literally within minutes, the funds were in my casino account. Thanks for that.
Today I figured I'd try Videoslots again (yeah, I know) and guess what...same damn problem again. Instadebit confirmed that the funds were transferred, and Videoslots chat told me they would send the issue to their Payments dept. I'm hoping the Videoslots rep can fix this for me again as I know it will take weeks to rectify if he does not.
I've been playing at other casinos depositing via Instadebit and have had zero problems, so I am 100% positive that this is a Videoslots issue. Anyone else looking to deposit there using Instadebit should maybe think twice for now.
