Videoslots Deposits via Instadebit NOT Appearing in Casino Account

I'd like to post a warning for anyone using Instadebit to deposit at Videoslots. About 6 weeks ago, I made a deposit using Instadebit at Videoslots. The funds were successfully transferred to Videoslots but they never appeared in my casino account. I contacted Instadebit and they confirmed that the funds were indeed transferred. I contacted Videoslots Customer Service through chat and they said they would forward the issue to their Payments dept. I heard nothing from them for 2 weeks and my inquiries were basically ignored. I contacted the Videoslots rep here, and literally within minutes, the funds were in my casino account. Thanks for that.

Today I figured I'd try Videoslots again (yeah, I know) and guess what...same damn problem again. Instadebit confirmed that the funds were transferred, and Videoslots chat told me they would send the issue to their Payments dept. I'm hoping the Videoslots rep can fix this for me again as I know it will take weeks to rectify if he does not.

I've been playing at other casinos depositing via Instadebit and have had zero problems, so I am 100% positive that this is a Videoslots issue. Anyone else looking to deposit there using Instadebit should maybe think twice for now.

I have had the same problem. I use RBC Interac transfer. Funds were taken from my account and automatically deposited into Videoslot's account, and they never showed up in my account. I tried to resolve the issue with the staff, and they keep telling me there is no record of my deposit. I sent in a confirmation e-mail sent by my bank that showed funds were automatically deposited and a bank statement showing funds were sent from my account. Videoslots continues to say there is no record of the deposit. Videoslots staff is now getting frustrated and angry with me treating me as if I am lying to them even though I have shown them proof.

Oh no, that's how I am going to deposit, well mostly when they go live for us. :( This is really not starting off well or sounding good. :/

What is Team Videoslots doing to fix the problem? I have had the same problem and have tried sending a verification e-mail and a copy of my account and Team Videoslots keeps saying there is no record of my deposit. Money gone. Poof! No recourse.

I am having the same problem with Interac e-transfer from a Canadian bank. Funds taken from my account and not showing up in my Videoslots. Account.
 
Why not start your own thread instead of hijacking two other thread about your issue :) and have you PM´d the rep about it ? :) @Team.Videoslots
I am not "highjacking" a thread. I am supportive because the same thing has happened to me with Videoslots. I have tried and to no avail. User beware of Videoslots needs to be made clear to online gamers. I just want other people to know there are issues with payment being automatically deposited by Videoslots and not showing up in the player's account, and not being able to be "found" by Videoslots staff. Lost in Videoslots account.
 
They also have issues with Mastercard last few days and ironically they are suggesting I use Instadebit instead - I’m glad I didn’t go that way.

I think that the most annoying thing is it takes at least 12 emails and 6 days for the payments team to even look at it - They always come back with “have you cleared cache”, is there money on your account ?, can you try a diff browser, can you clear your history, did you try a different PC ?

It’s like jesus if it works everywhere but your site - i think it’s YOUR site - I did find a way to deposit using flexepin but costs fees to do , I’m assuming they will take care of those we will see @Team.Videoslots - Otherwise may be looking elsewhere for 2023
 
I have had the same response for issues. I think it is wise to look for a different online forum, especially with all the issues. When it works it works but when it does not work there is very little recourse.

I don’t know what the forum has to do with anything I’m talking about VS and their support CM has zero to do with it
