I have been a member of the site for a long while but only started to play again recently , I was lucky enough to win some money but needed to send of my documents before i could withdraw my winnings ,

Sent them the standard set i had which i use for all casinos , They were declined for not being clear enough , So i take all new photos , All accepted great stuff ,
I then get told i also need to verify a 2nd card i had registered to the account , A card which expired a year ago ..... , I told them that card is expired and i do not have it anymore , They said its tough i need to prove i am the owner of that card ....

You are supposed to destroy all old cards for security purposes , I have provided them with all the i.d i would need to travel the world , Open a bank account , Adopt a child hahaha but no its not good enough for a casino or to make a poxy £150 withdrawal ...

Have been told i need to get in touch with my bank and ask them to send me some kind of confirmation that i was the owner of that expired card or i cannot withdraw my cash .

Really doesn't seem fair !

Hi dave, my advice would be to contact the rep on here directly as that does sound a bit long winded.

Plus, if I asked my bank for that kind of confirmation I would get a flat NO.

Other casinos have tried this on me in the past, but they always just removed the card when I told them it was cancelled.

Its not even my previous debit card its the one before that again haha ,I have had cards expire on other sites before and they simply just remove them

they are saying it s a security risk and for my own safety ,I have proved who i am with photographic i.d , utility bill with proof of address , Bank statement and a copy of my card , Surely this is enough ...

I managed to find a photo of the old card after trawling my emails for half an hour , Found some old docs i submitted to a different site , The photo must be 3 years old an taken with my phone so the quality is rubbish plus the card is 30 months old and the lettering and numbering is worn due to the age of the card , You can see my name , the expiry date and the begining four and final four numbers of the card ( the middle numbers were to be covered for security as requested by that particular casino ) .

I'm not counting my chickens.....

Well i tried everything , The photo i found was rejected due to not being able to clearly see the last few digits of the 16 digit code , even though you could make out the rest including name and expiry ,

the only way i can get that money is by visiting or writing to my bank and waiting for them to send me what i ask for ( if that is even possible ) .


feel very let down , this was one of my favourite sites until 1 hour ago , The money isn't even worth the trouble as i'm not currently at home and wont be for a few weeks

Philderby1 suggested to contact rep here, and I would say same thing to you.
Contact rep here, he is really fast to respond, also very fast to fix the problem.

Videoslots is a really great casino, I don't think they would do that as a delay tactic.

thanks for all the suggestions , I have mailed the rep on here so hopefully he can help me out a bit ,
I agree Videoslots is one of the best but this situation is just silly , The card they want proof of was issued in 2011 and expired mid 2014 , Its just not reasonable to expect people to still have the card or proof of the card available to them .

I have managed to find one more old photo of the card by charging an old phone i had used to make the documents , I really hope it will do as all though not perfect its better quality than the last one but still an old photo from an old phone you cant expect super HD

YES !

They accepted the last photo i sent .
And now for the massively bitter sweet moment where the photo i have spent the last 2 hours looking for that could have caused alot of hassle or lost me £270 is now simply deleted from the system along with my expired card .
Surely there is something up with this process .

I guess the best thing to do is to verify your details right away after making a deposit. Many NetEnt casinos have that option, you don't need to wait for a withdraw.

I found them a little bit intense when I got verified too.... but they are always honest.

They have a lot of verification process but you get used to it...

For example... always having to take the prepaid credit card picture and upload it.

At least their upload file feature works fine.

Hard to compete vs their providers choice.

10 out of 10 for me.
