Maybe not, Some times codes are only for certain accounts, Go and put it in the forum and you have a good chance of any wins confiscated if somebody else using that code.

all VS codes are always generally despite code numbers. and some don't get mails. usually when a code is for certain accounts then only them can use it or on VS is a message: 'you havent deposited enough to claim this code' - something lke this.

This one seems to be a general one. I haven't deposited much but the voucher code worked for me. Got €14.58 out of my 15 spins including a bonusspin but that just paid €2. My spins was for €0,5.

Really quite pissed off given that i've deposited anything upto £1000 in the last four weeks and similar amounts each month since the summer and NEVER received one of these offers.

I used it anyway.

VS is good and probably one of the best casinos out there but i'm becoming increasingly irritated of feeling excluded from rewards and offers such as this.

Yes, the cashback and casino races are good but when people who deposit less get more from the casino, you're gonna get pissed and take your money elsewhere - as i've done the last few days.

It's also a little strange that no matter what I do I always recieve your emails as spam, and can not get it in the inbox.
If I just had a mobile I wouldn't even know you sent me anything.

This code posted here and people who are no eligible claiming it anyway is a damn good reason to not post codes.
It's a lot better just telling people to check their emails.

Lucas was aware of this from another forum and no change was made, codes working for all depositors but not all receiving the email - a good reason to post the codes for every VS customer to see and try. unless will be restricted to certain accounts/recent depositors will always be posted. sharing is caring.
 
I tried the voucher but it says sorry your country is excluded from this promotion.

If you are canadian you don't get any voucher codes, I assume it is because they are for netent games which we are not allowed to play.
I have had my newsletter ticked since autumn and over 100 deposits and not one email or code.
Can't play GamesOS either, no Canada?? That's OK though I saw the rtp's:eek:

On another note, for Philip or Lucas, if I get a bonus round in casinozeppelin, for instance, my big win trophys come out for each free spin that i will win on before the bonus round starts. Firstly, I'd assume I didn't get these as i've not elected to take the newletter - mainly because other sites use them for meaningless spam rather than offers, hence my reluctance to sign up BUT if you include offers for customers then i really ought to.

So that clears up why i've not seen these before.

May I also make a suggestion - an extra option to select for "offers" - i'm sure I'm not the only one reluctant to receive unknown "newsletters" but I would certainly appreciate "offers" by mail.

I'm with you on this. If you've deposited hundreds or more and some jerk who has only deposited a fiver gets a bonus you don't, it isn't on! I'd say the best option is:

Tie the code to accounts.

Ensure the offers are sent outside the remit of the "newsletter" function - allowing customers to select they wish to receive email offers.
