I'd like to tell you all about my recent experience with Jackpot Capital.
As mentioned in my birthday thread, I felt the group had been very generous with birthday bonuses.
Jackpot Capital sent me a $50 freebie with a 5x max cashout and 60x wagering. I had a ton of play, lots of good hits and managed to meet the WR with about $100 left. I played and lost about $20 more quickly, and popped into livechat to talk about withdrawing.
I haven't been playing RTG since Skrill left Canada for gambling end of January due to poor choice of withdrawal options. I had opened a Ecopayz account however, but had never used it.
Support could not have been nicer. After first informing me that I would need to make a deposit in order to pay out to that method, they said just a min, came back and told me to go ahead and make the withdrawal. They had all my docs, and had previously paid to Skrill, and realized options were very limited for Canadians.
This simple little thing made me feel very much like a valued customer, and it always impresses me when frontline CSRs have a little discretion or power.
Withdrawal was requested Friday and paid Tuesday.
Since I have not yet sent Ecopayz my documents, about the only thing I can do with that $80 is deposit it.
Of course Jackpot Capital is my destination of choice.
There were no longer any messages in my inbox. I was fairly sure some of the promos ran either until the 25th or end of the month. I check out the site's promotion page, and low and behold, they have a "My Coupons" feature. How nice and tidy instead of trying to troll back through my emails.
One of the coupons listed there was the 100% match I was looking for. I go read the bonus rules. I hadn't really bothered with my birthday chip, never made a bet over $1, and not many of them.
OMG Last rule was you may not cashout on a free chip if you haven't deposited in past three months.
Not only had they waived the deposit for a new withdrawal method, they paid me even though I broke the rules!
I tried to redeem the coupon, but got the message to contact support. I didn't save the transcript, but the gist of it was I am suspended from bonuses until I've made some bonus free ones. They told me how much they had given me without a deposit (oops, JC is very generous), and managed to convey this information in a polite way that didn't feel like an accusation.
I inquired about my account with Grande Vegas (which was always the one I played most) and I am not bonus "suspended" there. I of course thanked them yet again and made a deposit. Gone in a blink of an eye, but that's not uncommon with RTG.
Jackpot Capital's superior support and generousity has earned my loyalty. Other RTGs I played a lot more often at didn't even send me warm wishes for my birthday.
