Very Impressed with Jackpot Capital

I'd like to tell you all about my recent experience with Jackpot Capital.

As mentioned in my birthday thread, I felt the group had been very generous with birthday bonuses.

Jackpot Capital sent me a $50 freebie with a 5x max cashout and 60x wagering. I had a ton of play, lots of good hits and managed to meet the WR with about $100 left. I played and lost about $20 more quickly, and popped into livechat to talk about withdrawing.

I haven't been playing RTG since Skrill left Canada for gambling end of January due to poor choice of withdrawal options. I had opened a Ecopayz account however, but had never used it.

Support could not have been nicer. After first informing me that I would need to make a deposit in order to pay out to that method, they said just a min, came back and told me to go ahead and make the withdrawal. They had all my docs, and had previously paid to Skrill, and realized options were very limited for Canadians.

This simple little thing made me feel very much like a valued customer, and it always impresses me when frontline CSRs have a little discretion or power.

Withdrawal was requested Friday and paid Tuesday.

Since I have not yet sent Ecopayz my documents, about the only thing I can do with that $80 is deposit it.

Of course Jackpot Capital is my destination of choice.

There were no longer any messages in my inbox. I was fairly sure some of the promos ran either until the 25th or end of the month. I check out the site's promotion page, and low and behold, they have a "My Coupons" feature. How nice and tidy instead of trying to troll back through my emails.

One of the coupons listed there was the 100% match I was looking for. I go read the bonus rules. I hadn't really bothered with my birthday chip, never made a bet over $1, and not many of them.

OMG:oops: Last rule was you may not cashout on a free chip if you haven't deposited in past three months.

Not only had they waived the deposit for a new withdrawal method, they paid me even though I broke the rules!

I tried to redeem the coupon, but got the message to contact support. I didn't save the transcript, but the gist of it was I am suspended from bonuses until I've made some bonus free ones. They told me how much they had given me without a deposit (oops, JC is very generous), and managed to convey this information in a polite way that didn't feel like an accusation.

I inquired about my account with Grande Vegas (which was always the one I played most) and I am not bonus "suspended" there. I of course thanked them yet again and made a deposit. Gone in a blink of an eye, but that's not uncommon with RTG.

Jackpot Capital's superior support and generousity has earned my loyalty. Other RTGs I played a lot more often at didn't even send me warm wishes for my birthday.

Most of them care about their bottom line and thats it. My birthday came and went in April and not a single casino sent me a happy bday, free chips, free spins or anything. Even though Im a reg at a few and have deposited thousands.

RTG casinos care about two things. Keeping their reels as tight as possible and their bottom line.

So its nice to see one step up and show appreciation to their customers.

Have any players from the USA withdrew funds recently? I am trying to determine what is the fastest method they have to offer: check my mail, bank transfer, or western union?

Jackpot Capital has always been a classy operation in my book and before I had the State endorsed options that I have now they were my favorite RTG casino and I have always recommended them. They never failed to throw a freebie my way through regular postal mail it seemed after every 3 or 4 deposits or during any holiday time and the CS were always prompt and effective.

    Thumbs up all the way!

I love this group...when I play I always have good session and when I withdraw you know email will come giving details...I never stress about it. I also find they are very generous.

I'm not sure how a birthday chip at 60x playthrouth is nice. They send hundreds of $50 chips out via mail a month to lots of players. If they had lowered WR for birthday then maybe we could say it was impressive.

Yes indeed we know they pay and handle their business, but the way thy handle ND bonuses is another story.

Yes, maybe playthrough is quite high, but I just checked my stats, and I withdrew from their free chips(from the whole group) 6300$, so I'm not complaning.

I withdrew from Slotastic on Sunday and i checked the cashier today and it says processing. I used western union as my method. When i checked it says that it only takes minutes to go from processing to processed. I spoke with phone chat and the rep said it might take between 8 hrs and 48 hrs to finish the process. I like JPC group but I wish it did not take so long to process withdraws.
