verification process issues

So I play at a new casino and after submitting documents was told I was fully verified. I then continued to deposit but was suddenly told 3 days after receiving the mail I was fully verified saying they had cancelled my w/d because they now want additional info. I wouldnt mind if they did this several months down the line but denying my w/d under the pretence of requesting additional info 3 days after verification is totally unreasonable. What do you guys think?

I'd be irritated with the request and it would be seen as an attempt to stall.

What did they request in addition?

Yep, I noticed I joined CM more than 2 years before you so I must be really, really really old lol. Actually I retired last year. Till now they havent requested any more info but the current one is requesting a selfie of myself holding my ID car. The ID card itself was approved.

I dont really think they are trying to stall as they have plenty of decent reviews in this forum but I dont bend to unreasonable requests as they could way to further requests. I havent been that active here recently so I wanted to make sure their request is unreasonable before contacting their rep.

Looks like those are becoming the norm at some places. In any event, do they have a rep here - Maybe PM him/her.
