I am away from home at the moment and wanted to have a little fun at Vera & John.
Tried to log-in - but got an "unrecognised user or password" error.
This is not the first time this has happened, so I tried the "Reset Password" feature - only to get a message which said "Unrecognised e-mail address"!
This was obviously BS, since I have had the same e-address since I joined there more than 3 years ago.
I contacted support via e-mail (because Live Chat was off-line at the time) and after a few mails, they basically said I could only log-in when I am in the UK.
The is totally stupid and annoying - I don't have any problems at any other similar "NetEnt based" casinos.
My bitches are:
a) I can't play abroad.
b) There is no message saying "Sorry, you can't log-in from your current location" - just a "You don't exist" message.
V&J have just gone WAY down in my list of favourite casinos to lose my money at...
